5.0 out of 5 | I was suffering from severe lower back pain with no idea how I had strained it. I visited James after being recommended by a friend. Despite the difficulty I had in describing my pain and how it manifested, James completely understood my symptoms and treated me for an hour. This session freed up the muscles in my back and I felt instant relief, it was only then I started to feel better and with just one treatment! 5.0 out of 5 | After receiving a calf injury while running I went to James for advice and help as the injury was something I have never experienced before. James spoke to me at length about the injury, asking questions about where the pain generated from before performing a massage to the area. At the end of the massage, James explained to me what the injury was and how I could prevent it in future from happening again. 5.0 out of 5 | Playing Rugby Seven's I sustained a hyperextend elbow which I left for several weeks hoping for a quike recovery - despite continuing to play and visiting the gym! After no change and considerable discomfort I visited James who spent half an hour treating my elbow. 5.0 out of 5 | I was recommend to James by a friend who swore by him - i was little dubious as I've had varies treatments on my back over the last 5/6 years none of which did the trick...
4 sessions with James and the results, without exaggerating, have been pretty astonishing! I'm mostly pain free (apart from a long drive or lifting heavy things) and I'm able to work at my desk without discomfort or stiffnes for the first time in 3 years. I'm not sure if it's magic fingers (!) but where James has differed from other treatments is that he has worked on my neck, back, legs, and shoulders (not just the base of my spine where the pain was) - it seems to have done the trick!
