5.0 out of 5 | Our usual service engineer could not attend an emergency we had, we called Tech Wizz who came out the same afternoon and got our network up and running. A life saver for us as we are an internet cafe and cannot afford our network being down.We can highly recommend this company for service and value.

5.0 out of 5 | As someone who uses computer at home mainly for keeping in touch with friends, researching family history, banking etc., and understands only the basics I was at my wits end when my internet connection kept terminating every 2-10 minutes with a variety of error conflicting messages. Our internet provider's "help" was nigh on useless, not being targeted at our particular problem, changing depending who you spoke too and requiring some understanding of technical terms.
Shane from Tech Wizz was fantastic. He was friendly, understanding and spoke plain English. He tested everything and tried changing our modem for different routers to find the one least sensitive to the problem he discovered with our line. He liaised on our behalf with our internet provider, sending them screen shots of logs and stats and monitored the situation for hours by remote access. He also sorted out several other minor "niggles" for us.
Thanks to the service he provided we are no longer about to throw our computer out of the window and can stay online for hours on end! We had been reluctant to call someone in as we were worried about the cost but were reassured Tech Wizz works on no-fix, no-fee basis and were extremely relieved by the very reasonable fee we were charged.
We will certainly call Tech Wizz again if we have any other problems and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

4.0 out of 5 | My computer took forever to boot up and when it finally did it kept freezing making it impossible to work with. The technician from Tech Wizz came to my home the same I contacted them. After checking the pc he recommended that I give him a list of documents which were important as he would be better off taking the machine away and re loading windows as the machine was so infected with mal ware and virus it would be more cost efficient to put the pc back to it's default factory state. He returned the next day with my pc, all my important files were saved and the pc was up and running the way it did when I purchased it new.
