Organising the funeral of a loved one is something that requires time, patience and assistance of an experienced Funeral Director. Wayne has many years of personal experience to offer and help guide families through this most difficult time. Having started working for the Cooperative Funeral Service straight after leaving school in 1986. Wayne then left the Coop Funeral Service in 2005, in order to start and operate his own independent funeral directors. This now operates from his office and chapel of rest, in Mottram.

W.Brindley's Funeral Service, was founded on the determination and sense of vocation in offering a caring and completely independent funeral service for families at their time of need.

Being an independent funeral director allows them, to arrange a funeral for your loved one that precisely reflects your needs and wishes, whilst always maintaining the highest and up most standards of professionalism, courtesy and respect, for both family and their loved one. This is everything families have a right to expect from a caring, independent family run funeral directors.

W. Brindley's Funeral Service is able to offer a complete portfolio of coffins and caskets, ranging from the standard and willow type coffins and caskets right through to the most colourful coffins. They also have located at their office in Mottram village a Private Chapel of Repose - this therefore gives bereaved families and friends, the opportunity to spend the time they need to spend with their loved ones, before the day of the funeral arrives.

Wayne has been working in the funeral industry now for over 22 years. After leaving school back in 1986, Waynes' choice of career lead him to joining the Coop Funeral Service, where he attained his Professional Diploma in Funeral Directing back in 1998. He has also completed many other courses and obtained other qualifications relating to the industry. The company is currently owned, managed and operated by Wayne Brindley.

Hours of Business

W.Brindley's Funeral Service are open for business from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday to Thursday, 9:00 to 4:00 Friday and are closed Saturday to Sunday.

We used W.Brindley's for the funeral of our Father whom sadly passed away the begining of this month. We found there staff to be extreamly helpfull and sympatic during our time of grief. We would highly recommend W.Brindley's to anyone who requires the use of a Funeral Director in what is a very hard and sad time of their lives.
