It was the eve of Christmas Eve when I contacted Paul at Ace Electrical. By giving him the model number Paul could tell immediately that he would be able to help us and save our Christmas! We agreed he would come at 9 am on Christmas Eve and by 9. 30 our oven was working for the price we had agreed.
