Walked into the shop, as a new customer, thinking I needed a new battery for my I phone. Handed the phone over, could be the battery or the charge port, lets just check for you. Took it into the back, a few minutes later, yes it was just fluff, but lets see if it will charge. Yes it did. Some advice on how to check the battery condition. A small charge, bought a couple of cables, Very happy customer, who will go back and recommend to anyone who reads this. Great service, I could go on………. Just try them.

CPU overheating. Instructed on phone to turn off immediately. Shop received my PC on Friday, returned on Tuesday. New CPU heatsink and fan. Full diagnostics report + recommendations. Staff obvious geeks, enthusiasts, professionals. All good, including manners and customer facing.

I took a MacBook to the team in chesterfield to repair it after a pint of liquid was spilt on the keyboard, causing all sorts of problems, resulting in the MacBook not working! The team diagnosed the fault and repaired the machine and it is now running like brand new. They were super easy to deal with, kept me updated with progress reports all the way through the repair, and processed this really quickly for me.
