Life can often be difficult and sometimes it is hard to find a way forwards alone. Often people turn to Clinical Psychologists to help with difficulties that are threatening their emotional wellbeing.

Psychologists treat anxiety, depression and trauma using interventions such as CBT and EMDR. I work across the lifespan with both adults and children.

Most people need a short course of therapy which will give them the skills and tools to manage the difficulty and return to normal functioning.
