Founded in 2009, after acquiring the goodwill of Allen Group International Ltd, the business is based in Yardley (Birmingham) and Bridgwater (Somerset), strategically located for servicing clients.

The board of directors consists of George Allen, (Chartered Building Surveyor) managing director and Paul Quinney, (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) operations director, who has been involved in the construction project management industry for many years. The directors have worked together both within the existing company and previously for periods of more than 17 years.
