Extremely poor communication and non-existent customer service. Their staff do not reply to emails for days and when they do they are not very helpful. Overly expensive maintenance/contractor fees. Their contractor fee to replace a small pane of glass in a window seemed very high so I just engaged my own contractor at nearly half the price, who could do the work much sooner than AM were proposing. Urgent security issues (such as the front door to the building being stuck open) have still not been addressed despite chasing for 2 weeks. What serious property management company would allow a building's front door on a busy street in Central London to be left open for nearly 2 weeks? Waste of time and money.

Happy long time client of AM. AM have block managed our building for many years. Really useful for regular inspections and keeping on top of statutory requirements. Would be happy to recommend. .

What a relief it has been to get AM Surveying on board at our development! After experiencing great difficulties from our previous Managing Agent our new agent has been able to get the development back on track and reduce our service charges too!
