What can I say - Andrew is just brilliant ! I have just put an offer in for a house and asked Andrew to complete a Home buyers Level 2 report. Least to say I wont be buying the house - He spotted there was severe damp readings - No Loft Building Regulations and also the windows didn't seem to have Lintels. Well worth the money and impeccable service and communication ! - Thankyou so much.
