Andy has been my heating engineer for several years. I can't rate or recommend him highly enough! He gives reliable, timely, friendly, polite, clean working (they wear shoe covers and clean up thoroughly afterwards) and outstanding service. Andy's just fitted a new gas boiler, gas fire, and gas hob for me. All done and dusted within two days, despite the hob being tricky. He's happy to do repairs and kept my old boiler working despite its age. His assistant, Niall, is also very competent and pleasant. Andy is also very good with his communications; he is prompt with his messages, whether by email or text, and keeps his customers fully informed.

Andy came to replace an old radiator in our kitchen to a more modern vertical radiator. The job itself was not the easiest of jobs, however, nothing was too much trouble. Andy is friendly, reliable, and is great value for money. His communication is excellent during quote stage and explaining how he will tackle the job. Andy has total respect for your property wearing shoe coverings and adheres to covid regs too. Would highly recommend Andy and will be using him again in the future. Thanks so much Andy!

Boiler serviced and control knob replaced. Turned up at appointed time and gone on with the work straight away. Work completed quickly and tidied up afterwards using own equipment. Control knob replaced at cost. Very pleased and will definitely recommend.

Andrew and his team came over to replace our boiler, flue and give our hot water system a general MOT. Andrew also installed the Salus remote control unit for remote hot water and heating control via an app on our phones / tablets. Throughout the 2 days the project took, the team were prompt, courteous and friendly, totally unobtrusive and provided service and installation in the time frame quoted. I cannot recommend Andy high enough. 5 gold stars.

I chose Andrew based on his great Yell reviews and his website, and I wasn't disappointed. He's friendly, polite, tidy (even down to wearing shoe covers! ), professional and most importantly did a thorough service on our 15 year-old Potterton Prima F boiler. He explained what he was doing and was happy to answer any questions I had regarding the boiler and heating system. I would thoroughly recommend him and will definitely use him in the future!

Andrew serviced a boiler at my previous property and has just fitted a cooker at my new one. Both times I was very pleased with the job done and would not hesitate to recommend him. Andrew fitted and commissioned a gas hob for me very speedily(which was an urgent job as it was in a tenanted property) and also replaced a combi boiler and flue for my parents. We are all delighted with the service he has provided us. He was very quick to attend and completed works to a high standard. He is a very pleasant and obliging chap who worked beyond the call of duty on the boiler which proved to be far more time consuming than expected, staying late to ensure it was completed so that my parents weren't inconvenienced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Andrew came to service our boiler and I mentioned that the pressure gauge had dropped. He carried out the service and discovered that the pressure gauge was not working. Despite it becoming a long and arduous job for him as the gauge would not come out as it had seized in he completed the job and only charged us for the time it actually took to fit the new part once he had finally got the old one out plus the service. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Andrew has installed a new boiler in our bungalow in WSM. The work was of the highest quality and completed on time. He worked hard and left the propert very neat and tidy. Price was as quoted and I will have no hesitation in using him to service my boiler and do any plumbing work. No hesitation in recommending him.

Having moved house to find the hot water not coming through properly, Andrew came round, gave us a good quote and then came back on the Saturday to do the job which was good as it meant I didn't have to take a day off of work. Even when a part broke during the repair, Andrew repalced it and didn't charge us. All in all we were very happy and will keep his number to use in the future.

Called out to look at a boiler that kept going out and a radiator system that kept losing presure. The service was professional, Prompt and well priced. Problem was quickly identified. I was made aware of possible future issues and the repair was carried out quickly. Even when an unexpected problem arose the situation was quickly remedied. At last an engineer you can trust, i will be keeping this guys number.

We found Andrews Heating Services during a search for local engineers and phoned Andrew to come and have a look and give us a quote to replace the lot. He arrived in about 2 hours and the quote he e. Mailed to us took just over a day. The quote was very reasonable and we agreed his team should start work just over a week or so later. After 4 solid days work the job was finished and up and running. A new boiler, all new pipes and radiators. Took away all the old stuff and cleaned up as the job progressed. Couldn't have asked for it to go more smoothly. He came back after a couple of days to check on the system. Professional, efficient, friendly and thoughtful outfit. A quality service. Andrew first came to service the Baxi back boiler and fire at my ParkHome 2 years ago,from a recommendation. I use Calor Gas and need someone who is registered for that and last year he fitted an 'opso' valve to my gas controls, and charged me half of the price quoted by Calor! Today he has come out to me after I called him because my central heating was not working. Couldn't have happened at a worse time due to freezing temperatures,I am getting old and really feel the cold! Andrew knows his stuff and diagnosed what was wrong and quoted me a reasonable price to repair and service the boiler. When he checked it, he was right but there were a couple of other problems which he put right too, but didn't charge me any extra. Also gave me lots of free advice. I felt confident that I could trust him. Unfortunately he had to give me the bad news that due to its age the boiler will need replacing in the not-too-distant future, when it does I will call him in to do it. I want to thank Andrews Heating for very professional work carried out on my daughter's central heating boiler when a fault occurred due to pipework being installed incorrectly by another company. I was most impressed by the honesty of the engineer in only doing work that was required and not doing what was unnecessary. I needed somebody to service my boiler and prefer to use local companies. When I called he was friendly and helpful was available within a reasonable period of time and quoted a good price. When he came he was efficient and careful and cleaned up as he went. Overall I was very impressed and would definitely use again.

I needed a gas plumber to fit a hob into a new position in the kitchen. I looked online and found Andrew who was exceptional. He was available for a quick appointment and carried out the work to a great standard with attention to detail. The oven was annoyingly deep and Andrew had some fiddly plumbing to get around it to the hob but did it well. He is very polite, friendly & can be trusted. Would happily recommend him.
