From design and selecting the right products for our needs, through to the installation of our Garden Room, all the team at Brackenwood were excellent. It was a real pleasure having the installers on site. We are really pleased with the two Bifold doors and the French Doors that were installed. Brackenwood took great care that the floor of the garden room was exactly the same level as the main house. Well pleased.

Had three windows replaced. Very happy with the result. Excellent service from the salesman who gave the quote, surveyor and installers. Very professional finish and great quality. Installers left the place clean and tidy.

The process from ordering, surveying to fitting was very straightforward. Mark and Heath worked very well together putting in a bedroom and bathroom window on the first floor of my house with storm Noa blowing gale force winds. Very punctual and efficient.

We had 13 windows and doors replaced. Initially the estimate was not only very competitive, but provided without the unnecessary sales pitch of othe companies from which we had estimates. The company went out of their way to complete the work before we went on holiday. The work was carried ot to a high standard by fitters who clearly knew their jobs. They were pleasant and left no mess. The windows and doors look just great as well as being super secure and save on heating. I would recommend this company highly.

I have used Brackenwood before so they were my first choice for a quote for 4 new windows. From start to finish, the whole process was easy and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that installation was able to be brought forward to before Christmas and completed in a day. Installers Chris and Graham have done a fantastic job on a day when it didn’t stop raining and strong winds all day. On time, very friendly and left all the rooms as they found them. Am very very happy with the new windows, they look great!

Highly recommended ! We were very impressed with the service from Brackenwood - from the initial contact with Mike who was very efficient and knowledgeable and no query was too small. To the surveyor who gave helpful information, and lastly the fitters Chris and Graham who worked tirelessly, were punctual, polite and friendly, and ensured our home was always clean and tidy at the end of the day. Their attention to detail and workmanship was second to none. A great experience from the get on with the team meeting our requirements and excelling with their installation team and post installation team. We're very happy with our new windows and door as a result.

The fitter, Alex, arrived at the planned time and without fuss cracked on with his installation of a replacement back door. He fully protected our floor and on completion left no debris. Alex was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. We have used Brackenwood twice now and would happily and without hesitation recommend them.

Used Brackenwood before, on a previous home and the current one. This time the replaced some complete windows that were not done before as well as two sealed units, again not provided by them, that we no longer sealed. The work was done with no residual mess and all looking good. Would use them again.

Had Brackenwood Windows round as our front door was leaking. Sales rep was very helpful chose our door very happy with the price. Unfortunately the door we selected the frame was to big so we had to choose another door and had to replace our side window as well. They came up with a plan that suited our budget. The door was fitted when we wanted it fitted we had to delay the original fitting date due to ongoing building works that was no problem at all, the fitting was done when we asked the fitter was very polite and clean and tidy with no issues would highly recommend Brackenwood Windows.
