Mike and his partner fitted new blinds today the service was exceptional from measuring and fitting, the blinds are looking lovely both up and downstairs We are really pleased with them. This is is the second time we have used them and would definitely recommend them Thank you again .

What can I say, I have used bury blinds direct for some time now and what amazing service from measuring, quoting and especially fitting the overall experience is excellent and very polite and friendly ? .

Had 5 blinds fitted, very happy with the service and the blinds they fitted, would absolutely recommend these guys! Will definitely use them again.

Order 4113271. They delivered grey blinds instead of the white ones we ordered. When we asked for a replacement or a refund they told me grey is equal to white, to them, for this type of blinds. The item title and content was clearly saying white. Well, what else can I say. Then they told me the pictures are for illustration purposes only (is that a cheap way to lie to customers or not? ) and I should order a free sample before I order the items. Well in that case why did you not notify me from the beginning that your item is not really white but grey, to not make an order but send me first me a sample? I am mislead, I've spent £300 they pocketed and that's it. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states content must be as described by the seller. I have got no time and no courage to deal with scums and an unprofessional company. Even my legal expenses and the trouble are not worth it, and they know it. Have you ever dealt with Amazon customer service? Well, that's the total opposite. You've lost a customer, you got a review and pocketed £300. Well done.Moreexpand_more

Just had the upstairs and downstairs fitted with the 'Perfect Fit Venetian' Blinds and we are absolutely delighted, they look stunning. Mike was prompt to the minute and fitted the Blinds with full COVID secure measures in place. Would totally recommend Mike and Bury Blinds. Top Class.

There rep changed day to visit, we rushed home for the revised appointment only to find they never turned up- not reliable.

Michael came along the next day after an enquiry, measured up for blinds on a 3 bed house and gave us a quote there and then. Two weeks later he returned and fitted them within an hour and a half. Work all done quickly, cleanly and we are very pleased with the result. If you need blinds this is the place to go.
