Buzz Tattoo

Went to this shop to get a sleeve done. Great advice, responsive and the sleeve itself didn’t hurt even in delicate places on arm. Would recommend to anybody in lancing and shoreham.

Had my tattoo done by Chris, a large peice going from the base of my neck down my back and round my ribs. The studio was extremely clean and Chris/Gee were sooo nice. My tattoo is perfectly done the detail is amazing and as it means something special to me Chris took the time to talk to me about it and advise rather than just grabbing my money. The after care advice was brilliant and I healed mega quick. I could not recommend Buzz Tattoo anymore if I tried and will be returning soon.

I found Buzz tattoo while working away from home in Worthing, I called in and had a look through the owners portfolio and was impressed, after talking to the receptionist Chris the owner had a chat with me about the design I wanted drawing, he booked me in for 2 days later. On arriving for my appointment Chris showed me the drawing which was exactly what I wanted, after 3 hours of tattooing I was more than pleased with the result and my only regret is that I live 250 miles from worthing, if I was local i'd be a regular customer. Friendly people, great studio and a nice cup of tea! .

I have a back piece in progress and would recommend Buzz Tattoo every time. Genuine artists who give you best advice and make you feel at ease. Also offer laser treatment which is a must.

I thoroughly recommend Buzz Tattoo, I have had several tattoos done there in the last few years, the staff are friendly, the studio is spotless. They always make me feel at ease and I love all my tattoos. Going back tomorrow to have a piece on my back finished off.

Showed the girl on the front desk my tattoo which I have on my left hip/groin which I wanted mirroring on the right. She quoted me £60 per hour. It took 75 minutes. They then charged me £144. 00. Upon asking why the big price increase I was told that 'they' had decided that the tattoo was in an intimate place and larger. TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANTS. In response to your reply below:You actually charged me £154. 00 if you include the £10 deposit. If you state £60 per hour then surely that is what it should be? 2 hours at £60 equals £120 NOT £154.00. Stupidly I paid that amount as I felt intimidated. I actually returned to the shop an hour later on 18/5 and queried it, the girl said that "maybe we should have told you we increased the cost before we started the work" - you failed to do this. I returned again on 22/5 to discuss the matter with the tattooist concerned. The work is also off centre (which will have to be corrected) He was offering a partial refund until you walked in and interrupted the conversation and again I was made intimidated. I have since had more work done via your main competitors and they have managed to do similar sized designs and have stuck with their original quote/price. "We always make it quite clear on the cost of any tattoo and do not 'rip' anybody off" -Clearly this is not the case otherwise I would not be writing this review?As you refused to offer a partial refund then surely I have the right to feel ripped off?Moreexpand_more

I had a session of laser removal done by Chris, at Buzz, on a very bad tattoo i had done on my hand. I was very nervous, but the exceptional customer service reassured me that id be ok, i was soon calm and had the laser done, it was not even as bad as i thought it would be, just stings as much as it dose when you get a tattoo done. Id recommend Buzz to anyone :) :) x.

I had a tattoo on my back a and it was covered over really good and i have had a tattoo lazered i was surprized of the cost it was realy cheap i allways go to buzz tattoo as its cheap friendly and the details are amazing.

I would recommend Chris to anyone, he has recently done a piece on my back which is great, nice clean environment and felt completely at ease.

I have had two tattoo's by Buzz and both have healed extremely well and look as amazing as they did when I first got them done! I will be getting many more by Buzz as after going to him could not recommend a better tattooist.

Have had a few pieces done by Chris and each one is as brilliant as the last. Fantastic atmosphere, Welcoming, Clean and brilliant work for the cost. Have and will continue to recommend Chris to Friends. Cheers mate!

I've been going to chris for my ink work for a few years now. Very proffesional work and always that lovely clean smell that you get at a tattooist. Good laugh as well to make you feel relaxed ready for pain. I started with chris repairing my old work and finishing my sleeve off, then on to the chest. Now the new project is my full leg to ribs, and there's only one person i trust for this big piece and that's Chris Hawkes. Buzz rules.

I had very bad scaring on my arm and was very nervous about getting a tattoo to cover it, but after a couple of years I went for it. As soon as I walked into the shop I was made to feel at ease, this wasnt something new to Chris. I now have a fantastic tattoo and you cannot see the scars, confidence is up 100% Chris and the team at Buzz are very talented. I will be back as soon as possible!

I had both my boys names done on my feet. Chris helped me with the design as i wanted some detail. I was so pleased with the final result and people are always commenting how nice they look. I would never go anywhere else for a tattoo and would ALWAYS recommend Buzz.

I had my tattoos done a few years ago when Chris was at previous premises. I took my own designs in to him and he was more than happy to provide advice on both the colour and design. From start to finish he was professional in a friendly manner which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will be going back for my third tattoo very soon. I also managed to scoff a good many of his sweets so always eat before having a tattoo!
