Wish I could give zero stars…We had to take legal actions due to : The driver who delivered the skip, placed the skip too close to our driveway brick wall, when collected, they totally smashed the wall. We had footages and witness too however they informed us they not taking any responsibilities. We contacted them numerous times regarding compensation with no success, not even an apology and not to mention we had to wait 33 days for collection, not even communicated about reason of delay, we had to keep contacting them for collection. The most disgraceful service I have ever used and they advertising themselves the ? Best skip hire company in West Midlands…. What a joke…. The drivers are not competent and unable to carry out a risk assessment on delivery. Please not use them, as they not taking any responsibilities for any damage, do not waste your time and money, use companies which has liability insurances please!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU'RE DESPERATE! Once the skip arrives and you pay, that's the end of the good customer experience. You'll be chasing them for ages to collect it and be given excuse after excuse why they can't fetch it. Caroline has a terrible, unprofessional telephone manner and you feel like you're inconveniencing her when you question anything that doesn't ring true. Made an error of judgement not reading reviews before hiring these people, don't make the same mistake.

Terrible company quick to take your money and deliver a skip but not as quick to pick it up, receptionist was rude probably on the blob when questioned what the delays is! Will. Never use again avoid at all cost.

Had some paving done on the front of my home and the contractor hired a skip from this company. Despite numerous phone calls they have not collected it saying they are too busy or trying to fob us off by saying it's the next skip on their list. The staff, particularly the male member of staff who answered the phone were rude, obnoxious and patronising and unhelpful. I don't know how this company are still in business. The problem is you pay upfront when the skip is delivered and then you are at their mercy for collection. Three weeks now and still not collected their dirty rusty skip which is dumped on my front lawn and I dare not think what damage is done to the grass. Avoid this company like the plague.

Having ordered my skip on Friday at 4:30pm it was delivered at 1pm on Saturday. I was informed that delivery would be between 8am and 12pm. I phoned for collection on Sunday at 10am, no answer and no option to leave a message. Calling again on Monday I was informed that collection would be at the discretion of the company, I asked for the name of the person I was speaking too and I was told he is the owner of the business, Paul. I feel that the service to take my custom and money was very efficient (go figure) but the service to complete customer satisfaction was inadequate. Paul was very abrupt and plain rude to a new customer. How this company has been in business for 20 years with customer aftercare to this level is beyond me. I will not use call a skip again and will inform anyone I know and meet not to give them their custom.

Very reliable skip company It was the first time we had hired a skip. The guy i spoke to on the phone was very patient and helped me to chose the size of skip that i needed. It turned up exactly when they said it would, and once i had called them to say it was full, the skip was collected a few hours later. Excellent service! .

I ordered a skip off call a skip last week and there service was great. Very friendly on the phone, delivered the skip within half and hour of the arrange time and collected promptly. will be using again!
