Cheshire DJs

We booked Cheshire DJs for our wedding party in summer 2022. Jon is lovely, and was able to play all of our original requested songs as well as taking requests from the guests. The blend of tracks gave the party a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish - with a great vibe as we danced through to midnight! Would highly recommend, and will book Cheshire DJs again for future events!

We would give you guys 10 stars if we could! Cheshire DJs went above and beyond to make our wedding reception everything we wanted. Jon was there to help every step of the way and was very accommodating with our requests and got all our favourite songs on during the evening. Thank you so much again guys, Lauren and Rich x.

We would highly recommend Cheshire Wedding DJs to anyone! We had our Wedding on Friday at the Oak Tree of Peover. Jon did an amazing job in the build up with his communication, was brilliant accommodating the date being moved twice due to Covid and on the night did everything we hoped for! Selection of great songs from the genre we requested and any requests throughout the night were no trouble at all! Great lighting and really helped get everyone in the mood to party! Jon and Sharon were both absolutely fantastic at our recent wedding reception. They kept the outdoor dance floor busy for the duration of the party and played some amazing, soulful music! They worked directly with the venue to ensure everything would go smoothly on the night. Several of our guests have said how great they were and we wholly agree! Could not recommend more!

We definitely made the right choice with Cheshire DJ's. I had spoken to a few local DJ's prior to booking, and from the very start they stood out amongst the rest. Speaking with Jon put mind at ease. Great communications and professional throughout. The evening reception at our wedding went without a hitch. With guest list being diverse in ages, I asked Jon if we could have a mix of genres so there would be something for everyone. The music was brilliant. Had everybody up on their feet enjoying themselves. I can not reccomend them more highly. Even one of my wife's sisters was up dancing, and I've never known her to dance in the ten years I've known her. I can't thank Cheshire DJs enough. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cheshire DJs after they played at our wedding in August. From the start of the process pre Covid, thoughout the date change due to Covid and finally at the reception they were professional and accomadating, they went above and beyond to ensure that the date changing that went on was easy and smooth and that the evening was enjoyed by all. The communication was great, they made sure they knew what we wanted a few weeks before the wedding and the night went off without a hitch. Jon knew how to get the guests up and dancing and read the room really well when it came to which songs everyone liked. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the dancefloor was never empty. The lights and monogram looked amazing, we are so glad we booked Cheshire DJs, everybody had such a fantastic time, they were simply the best!

With our groom being a part-time DJ, choosing the right DJ for our wedding day was one of our most important decisions! We were so pleased with the service offered by Jon from Cheshire DJs who was there all day to provide music and mic people up for speeches (we found this to be very good value). The DJ-ing was brilliant, Jon threw in a couple of songs linked to our wedding theme/speeches on the day and had everyone partying (within the limits of what's allowed currently! ). A special thanks is also due to Jon for being so accommodating when we were unsure if our wedding would need to be postponed due to COVID - having an understanding supplier made all the difference in helping to ease our stress.

Fantastic DJ! We booked Jon for the evening of our wedding and couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Prior to the big day Jon had sent an email for any specifics of the day (songs to avoid and songs to definitely play). Our taste is rather eclectic which we thought would be a bit of a challenge for any DJ but Jon did an amazing job of creating a playlist that worked and mixing songs together. We had an excellent wedding and the music was great. Our guests loved it. Our DJ played our pre prepared requests and a few additional tunes based on the vibe. Our DJ was flexible with regards to setting up his equipment at various parts of our wedding venue (we had weather issues and a COVID pandemic to deal with) but despite this had the best day/evening/night of our lives. Lighting and sound quality were spot on. Thank you!

Jon and the team recently DJ'd the evening celebration at our wedding. What a night, full of great music and dancing. Everything down to the lighting was second to none. We booked Jon for our wedding at Rowton Hall Hotel and spa in November 2019. The service Jon provides is absolutely superb and the evening reception looked absolutely amazing, totally transforming the venue! We went for the full package with the wireless uplighters which were worth every penny. Cheshire DJ's also made us our own monogram to personalise the occasion, and let us choose our own playlist, which they also added some bespoke songs to in order to get the guests dancing. Jon was professional and courteous and kept us informed every step of the way. Every one of our guests commented on how amazing the evening reception was and this was in no small part to Jon and his team at Cheshire DJ's. If you're looking for a DJ then look no further!

Jon from Cheshire DJ’s really helped make our wedding amazing! We had everyone up on the dance floor! They interacted with our very merry guests amazingly and we were completely in shock when we got sent the video by Jon! We can’t recommend Cheshire Wedding DJs enough! We hired them for our wedding in June 2019 and they were exactly what we wanted, our dance floor was packed all night! The quality of the sound was excellent and the music choice was spot on, playing a mix of our own requests plus reading the dance floor to anticipate what the guests would like. There were also amazing extras, such as their lighting which transformed the room and they also took some amazing photos from the DJ booth. Jon was also fantastic in the lead up to the wedding - helpful, friendly, organised and professional. Thank you!

Cheshire DJs provided an exceptional service. Simple booking and easy to communicate with via email. We didn’t provide much advice as to our preferred music taste, because we were fairly easy going and had a broad taste in music. Regardless Jon was able to hit the spot on our wedding night and get everyone dancing. We had so many compliments about how good the DJ and music was. The dance floor space in the converted barn was small and we were slightly worried it would be hard to get people on the dance floor and out of their seats. We need not have worried. Brilliant! Jon provided a great set up for our wedding reception - from the monogram of our names and wedding date on the wall and stars on the floor to a fab sound system, his service was all we could have hoped from start to finish. Our guests kept saying afterwards that they had a fab evening; we had a full dance floor right until the end of our special day. We would fully recommend Cheshire Wedding DJs - 5 stars.

Absolutely delighted with the service received! Great, really relaxed communication prior to our wedding and had no worries at all on the big day that everything would go smoothly with the music! Although we only went for a basic package there was no point we felt like we were being pressured to spend more on the (admittedly tempting) extras which isn't always the case when planning a wedding and communicating with vendors and services. In particular, Jon was great at raising concerns and discussing them. Our RSVP cards asked for song requests and upon receiving this he was quick to notice there was a lot of slow ballads! We had a chat about this and worked out the best way to ensure it was a lively dance floor all evening. On top of that he even took a few pictures to send us which was a pleasant surprise! I'd immediately recommend them to anyone in the area planning a wedding or event, we couldn't be happier with what we got for our money. Thanks so much!
