Chiltern Circuits Ltd manufactures Printed Circuit Boards, wholly in the UK, for clients throughout the country. Set up in 1981, they have many years' experience producing quality printed circuits at competitive prices.

They have built up a reputation for providing exceptional customer service for companies large and small. In addition to manufacturing PCBs they are able to screen print onto many different substrates as well as producing insulating panels from different thickness materials.

Chiltern Circuits manufactures single and double sided circuit boards on site, with multilayer production being subcontracted to another long standing UK manufacturer.

All standard materials, FR1 and 2, CEM1 and 3, and FR4 are available from 0. 2 to 3. 2mm as well as some non standard eg Black FR4 and blue composite material. CNC drilling and routing are employed to ensure accuracy and consistency of manufacture.

New services include print and rout onto a range of substrates including FR4, polycarbonate, pvc and mylar. This process can be used to create front panels, insulating panels and custom signage.

The company is owned and managed by Steve Dear with his wife Vicky. He has been involved in manufacturing PCBs for many years, having worked for the company since leaving school in 1977. The many years of experience led to Steve and Vicky taking over the company in 2004 from the previous owners who had retired.

With a staff of 6 skilled employees, Chiltern Circuits Ltd has a total of over 100 years of manufacturing experience between them. Staff have been employed for over 25, 16, 10, 6, 3 and 1 years, as well as Steve's 45 years experience.

Chiltern Circuits Ltd is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).

Chiltern Circuits Ltd has a broad range of customers, based locally and nationally. They manufacture for 'the one man band' through small, medium and large companies who all receive the same high quality service.

The company manufactures a range of printed circuit boards that are to individual design and are perfect for the cost conscious purchasing department. Manufactured wholly in the uk, the range includes all usual materials and finishes. The circuit boards are available on various leadtimes. All standard (and some not so) files are acceptable for manufacture.
