The farm is situated in Bekesbourne (Canterbury).

The site provides electric hookups with a waste disposal point and rubbish bins and has drinking water on site. The peaceful countryside enables visitors to enjoy bird watching and wildlife with access to rural walking on the North Downs and off road walking in to Canterbury. The site is intended to allow visitors access to rural England.
