I bought a fridge from this company and the lights stopped working when I called the company back to find out where and how I can order the lights from they were very rude and received responses such as go back to where you purchased it from, when I tried explaining that I bought it from them and hency why I was calling them back for advice they were just completly ignoring the issue. Worst company and worst customer service ever I dont recomend them to anyone.

The worst of the worst, fist they meet you nicely and show you the products. Obviously off! Day of delivery so called engineers are careless and caused damage to the property worth over £1000 to ceiling and floor and on top of that the demanded buying them lunch which we didn’t mind, after a month of using the product we had problem with freezer stoping and building of ice on the walls of the freezer and the shelf’s and affecting our product packaging and had to throw away most of the products, on many several occasions we contacted them and no help whatsoever and always no one available to help, we’ve sent them pictures which I’ve attached to the review and at the end they say we can’t do anything about it as you bought it as you saw it! Why on earth I would see freezer do this and still purchase it? ! And they even don’t want to honour their one year warranty! So unprofessional! And issues was reported within the fort month of use and still they won’t do anything about it. The owner who called Chia telling me he done a good discount on the products and that should mean even if faulty they not doing anything about it. He is so unprofessional and will will be seeking legal assistance! .
