I've only had my travelling mattress topper for a few days but found it invaluable on two nights spent away from home this weekend. Was very grateful that Jo went to some trouble to ensure that I received it in time to take it away with me.

I recently had my elderly Mum’s sofa cushions refilled. She has arthritis so it was important to get the correct filling for her. I ordered a 2 1/2 inch memory foam topper with the breathable cover - custom made for my new camper van. Yummie ! Slept like a happy chiwaha- so comfortable and excellent quality - stitching beautifully finished and fits perfectly. Jo offered the most excellent customer service and answered all e mails and queries very promptly. I couldn't recommend Comfort Solutions highly enough. :).

Three back seat cushions for our settee have been made, and we are very pleased with them. A lot of care was taken over the measurements and the foam with the help of Jo McDonald, and the result is excellent, the whole process, from sending the covers to receiving the finished product being less that 2 weeks.

Jo was extremely helpful with my enquiry and answered all my questions fully. I couldn't fault the service. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I found the mattress topper to be the only solution for my aching bones while we travelled round India. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable night's sleep.

I spoke to Jo and explained to her what I needed. She asked questions i. E. Who was mainly sitting on the sofa and suggested the cushions most suited to my needs. She suggested getting one and trying it and then ordering the other one when I had tried it for a few days. I bought my single 24" wide memory foam mattress topper about 18 months ago, and use it every single night. I LOVE it! Ive had back surgery and so a good supportive mattress is a neccesity for me. We have a new, very good (expensive) mattress, but I still use my topper nightly as its so much more comfortable! I even took it to Canada with me! Jo gave me an excellent personal service, and I couldnt recommend her product highly enough. Keep it up, Jo!

Hi there. Just wanted to let you know that the Topper was a great success and I will take it with me on all future travels, and just for information which you may or many not know…. But would be useful for other clients to know. I contacted the airline after booking and they allowed me to carry it as a separate piece of luggage for medical needs - They granted an extra 8Kg of weight in a separate bag at no extra cost (Jet 2). I am also travelling with Aer lingus in February and they to have granted me an extra bag free of charge (10kg) all both airlines asked for thy asked for was a letter from my doctor to state that I had a medical condition which required me to carry it. The quality of the cushions that were made to fit my cushion covers is excellent. Jo, the owner of the company, takes a personal approach to making sure that the product is perfect and the arrangements for delivery and payment are so easy. The cost was very competitive and I would recommend this company whole-heartedly, without any reservations.

I found Comfort Solutions on the internet by chance, I was looking to replace cushions on a couple of sofas from DFS. From first contact with Jo her approach was professional and not at all pushy. She was happy for me to order 1 cushion for us to use as a "tester" and to make life extremely easy I was able to send her the cushion cover so that the foam was cut to the correct size, rather than me guessing. After around 3 weeks when we were happy with our 1st cushion, we placed the order for a further 3. As Comfort Solutions already had the sizes the cushions were with me within a couple of days, there was also a discount for purchasing the additional cushions. I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions to family, friends and even strangers as a result of this review. A very satisfied customer.

We were having problems with the good quality sofa bed as a bar could still be felt when lying down. Jo MacDonald at Comfort Solutions was so informative and helpful and talked through the various depths of foam mattress for the two weights of people. I felt right away that I could trust Jo over the phone with her suggestions and when the order came, the mattresses were exactly as she had described, cut to the right size and very comfortable. I purchased a travel mattress topper from Comfort Solutions prior to my recent holiday. The size I ordered was not in stock but the company phoned me to discuss options as I needed the item fairly quickly. The mattress topper was delivered on time and I was even notified of the time slot and date. Delighted with the customer service and the product, which is extremely comfortable. The beds in the cottage we had rented were hard and I am convinced that had it not been for the topper, I would be back in physio ! I slept well and had no aches and pains on rising. The topper is excellent and I was also pleased with the soft Cool Max cover. I would recommend this product. It more than lived up to my expectations.

The cushions of our leather suite were fibre filled and beginning to sag a bit. Jo advised us to switch to custom-sized foam filling. The service provided throughout the entire transaction was flawless and we are delighted with the end result.

The quality of the mattress is superb and the service was second to none, the only down side is the gaurentee is for 15 years so I won't be dealing with them for awhile, unless I choose to by another mattress.
