Core Drainage

Arthur came out within half an hour of me ringing. He cleared our outside drain from the kitchen sink and left everything clean and tidy. Hopefully I won’t need him again, but will not hesitate to contact him if I do. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Telephoned this morning - blocked drains from the kitchen sink/dishwasher - engineer arrived 30 minutes later - completed the work - clearing all the drains and checking to ensure further work was not necessary on the other drains - with the minimum of fuss - neat tidy and payment as per quote - polite - highly recomended.

Arthur was fantastic. Turned up within half an hour of the call, dealt with the failure to drain (slight blockage causing back fill), ensured things were draining freely and quickly again, and gave us lots of information about the problem so we can avoid it happening again. Excellent value (less than we have been charged previously) and a better job because of the knowledge freely shared. Use the gentlement!

I called Blocked Drains Liverpool, Core Drainage as I had a blocked drain in the garden that was overflowing, I spoke to Arthur on the phone he explained what he thought was wrong in terms I could understand. Having the worst thing happen which is always at the weekend, my drain rods got stuck down the sewer pipes. One chance phone call to Arthur at Core drainage and as if I was talking to my best friend, within an hour he was out to help. So refreshing to find a genuine, helpful and professional tradesman, nothing was too much trouble. After doing some excavation work ourselves we called Arthur again on Sunday afternoon, yet again, within an hour he was back, sorted the problem with a cheerful manner, a pleasure to have done business with him, so genuine and helpful and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend Core Independant Drainage to anyone and can't say a big enough thank you to Arthur for his help. If only all workmen adopted Arthur's customer service.
