Value for money: When I was seeking therapy in Canary Wharf, I found Sherylin's rates to be good comparatively. Service: Sherylin always replies promptly to e-mails and is very professional. Quality: I put 'better than expected' because I didn't know what to expect and had not had counselling in the past to be able to compare experiences. I went to therapy when my mother died and I had an unexpected reaction to this because we had never had a good relationship. I found it helpful to say in therapy things that I would never dare say in ordinary company. This helped me come to sort out in my own mind all the jumbled up emotions I had. I feel a lot calmer now.

I first decided to see Sherylin for therapy when I felt that my marriage was at an end because of my own personal issues. I did not know how to fix myself or save my relationship and believed that my life was about to get a whole lot worse. Sherylin helped give me perspective. I understood the issue more clearly and could begin to see a way forward. My wife and I are now expecting another child - I did not think that this would every be possible. Therapy is a slow and painful process - but I felt very supported by Sherylin's natural warmth.
