I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a CCTV drainage survey and will be using them in the future. I called on Friday for a CCTV drainage survey on a house I wanted to purchase, they agreed an appointment for Saturday morning. We didn't know where the manhole was, which other companies said would make the CCTV survey impossible. This was no problem for COV-ROD, who carried out a thorough survey, using different cameras to get to the bottom of things. I received the report and the footage via email. The findings were communicated clearly. The service was extremely professional and friendly, from telephone calls, to text messages when they were on their way, to the survey itself. The price was very reasonable, in line with what other companies wanted to charge. .

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cov Rod. I rang them with a blocked outside drain at 4. 00 pm and they came at 9. 00am the next day. They showed a friendly professional attitude and they did a brilliant job clearing our drain. They quoted the job before they did it and charged exactly what they quoted. The other good reviews on this site are fully justified.

As a large Coventry based Shopping Centre, we need to ensure all issues relating to the public toilets and tenant areas are resolved as soon as possible and with minimum disruption. Cov-Rod have been exceptional in providing an outstandingly professional service with an excellent response time to cater for all of our needs.

Bathroom outlets were backing up. Slab at the end of a joint entry was lifted and found it full to the top, drain was rodded and then flushed through, no further problems had. Whilst clearing found parts of the old iron cover in the bottom of the drain. Was told if I got any further problems just to give them a call. Would def recommend for household calls.
