Established in 2004, the business is based in Edinburgh. Career Services include coaching, career counselling, psychometric testing, consultancy and training. Business support services include Employee Assistance and Stress Audits.

The Craigie Partnership provides businesses with the services of a professional Chartered Occupational Psychologist and has a team of qualified Associates to support individuals. The expert team helps clients improve personal and employee well-being, maximise potential and collaboratively identify and work towards goals. The services are tailored to suit all budgets and needs, across all sectors and situations.

With a team that includes Chartered and HCPC registered psychologists, the Craigie Partnership has a professional service, qualified to work with individuals and business.

The Craigie Partnership has a growing network of clients, based around Edinburgh and the Lothians, including several well known organisations and private individuals (client information is kept confidential).

The partnership is managed by co-founder David Craigie who has studied applied Psychology for over 20 years. David Craigie is highly experienced to manage the company, having previously worked for the NHS and voluntary organisations.

The Craigie Partnership also specialises in organisation stress audits, using tools developed by the Health and Safety Executive. This is suitable for organisations large and small, and can include training for managers in promoting workplace well-being. Available to any business, the service is tailored to suit your needs and is strictly confidential.
