I would describe myself as a bit of a technophobe. However after setting up a business I needed to create a website. I gingerly started a free trial with Create expecting me to come unstuck quickly. Within a few hours and after sending a few questions to them (which were answered quickly), I had a fully functioning website. Not only that but it actually looks really good. It's cost me just over £100 to do so I would use them again in a heartbeat.

All too often, people write reviews about products or services that they've not used for very long, only to find that their experience and viewpoint might in fact change over time. However, having been with Create for about 7 years, I can safely say that I've had plenty of time to assess the service and products that Create offers and I can't speak highly enough of Create on every level. When I first joined Create, I was a bit worried about there being no telephone support, especially as I had so many questions, but not only are the staff exceptionally helpful (and with patience levels that the Pope would approve of), but they have the most fantastic, clear and easy-to-follow Help section which talks you through everything you need to know, step by step, covering just about every subject you can think up…. And all set out very clearly and concisely, often with screenshot type images to make the instructions even easier to follow. This is all done in layman's language too, so there's nothing intimidating or hard to understand in the help guides. I'm also not one for joining in forums normally (I just don't usually have time) but just reading what other Create users post on Create's forum, even if you don't have time to actively engage in it, is a valuable resource that I can't overstate. There are so many subjects raised on there that I didn't even know I needed to know(! ) and the other Create users are a really helpful bunch with a true community spirit of helping each other out. I'm always taken aback by quite how generous everyone is on there and it's always worthwhile to hear how a mix of people's different approaches work (or don't work) for them, whether it's just general business advice, seo, social media or marketing… and more! It can save so much valuable time and money in hearing of others' trials and errors, not to mention, it's free advice from others who might have already tried something you're contemplating. Back to Create themselves though…. They're constantly upgrading and improving the (already good) features and they're always open to suggestions for new tools and features to add. I'm always amazed at the quality of the responses to my queries that I get from Create, which are always handled efficiently, comprehensively and with genuine, very personable, warmth. If you think this all sounds too good to be true and that the websites that can be produced by non-techie Create users like me must therefore be quite basic and not terribly professional-looking, just take the time to have a look at Create's Examples page and see how lovely the featured sites on there are. Seven years on, I'm still a non-techie person, but I'm just in the process of re-building my website from scratch for a fresh look and, unsurprisingly, I wouldn't entertain doing this via any company other than Create. They provide everything I need on a technical level, but equally importantly for me, they're just really lovely people to deal with. Just to give some perspective on this… if you think this is a long review, imagine the emails I send to Create and what patience it must take for them to always come back to me with such comprehensive, clear and still friendly replies! :) (I can type very quickly, so I tend to not worry about summarising as much as I probably should!).Lovely Sophie there deserves a special mention, as my ever-kind and so-helpful Account Manager!Moreexpand_more

I've been with Create for many years and find the service exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and having an account manager who can help with pretty much everything is priceless. The website Create offer is up to date, mobile friendly, social media friendly, and is so easy to use - anyone can set up their website with ease. I would recommend Create and I personally think they are the best website provider.

After being with Create for about 8 years they have decided to hike the price by 100%. I was initially happy to pay for the substandard templates and design tools but now they want everyone to buy into their others tools which I do not require. So much for loyalty to its long standing customers! There are much better website building sites in terms of design tools and a finished product for a CHEAPER price. AVOID!

I found a link to the Create web developer from a website whose design I admired. The service this company offers is exceptional. I used one of their recommended web developers to initially design my website but I find their product easy to use and very user friendly. The help and support service is also outstanding. Ian my support contact couldn't be more helpful and is always on hand to answer any queries I have. I would highly recommend using this company and I love my new website!

The worst service I have ever received. There is not a phone number to get hold of anyone! We are in the process of changing our site over to another provider as there sites look fresh and more upto date. Our site has been offline for 2 weeks as a direct result of create not transferring the site over correctly. We have now had to give them a step by step instructions on how to change over a domino name from create to 123. We have lost 2 weeks worth of business as a direct result of there incompetence!

We've always found the Create site to be very easy to use to set up our own website. We're not really very technical people, so one of the reasons why we joined them was because you have an account manager, who can help you with the smallest or biggest problems, and they are always happy to help. There's a forum and community to help you too. It's easy to get started on your own site, with the first 30 days as a free trial, and some lovely templates that will adapt to whatever device thy are being viewed on. The Create Team always seem to be ahead of the game, and talk to their customers to get feedback to make sure they are doing the right thing for everyone. Very friendly people - 11/10 guys - thankyou!

I am very new to websites and have never made one before. The person who originally started the website let us down, so we were left to complete it. I have mainly dealt with Tara, whom I have to say has been extremely patient with such a novice! Whenever I get stuck with anything and I need advice I always get an email back within a few hours. I would thoroughly recommend this company for inexperienced people(on Computers) who want the best for and from their business and want their own website to look good.

NHL Gas Services Limited have been using create for over five years. We have never had any problems and always found their team to be professional and knowledgeable. NHL Gas Services Limited has secured some major contracts, whereby our clients found us on the web, highlighting how well our site performs.

I give praise when it is due and in this case the 5 star rating is certainly appropriate. Create staff are always quick at answering any problems. They have easy to understand information, which suits me fine and my website is easier for me to manage than ones from other companies I've tried in the past.

No support No way of contacting them by phone! 75% of our business is done on mobile devices. We change to Create on friday, all seamed to go well until an adware attached our mobile site shortly aftervit went live! Have had to email create and still waiting some action. Our website would normally get close on 2000 hits in a weekend, would generate 100s of enquiries and 30 definate bookings. This weekend we've had 1 booking. Come on Create online business is 24/7 and as such needs a decent level of support! We unfirtunately have paid forc2 years hosting don't think we'll be staying long if you support is so appauling.

The service and tools available from Create have been invaluable to my new online store.

We have created our first ever website and Creates advice and support has been exceptional from day 1. Would highly recommend them for anyone just starting out in the world of website creation.

Create is brilliant for small business and large ones. The help and support is second to none they always respond back and even do things for you if like me you struggle to understand at first. I recommend this company to everyone who wants to try having a web page or web business.

I used Create to build my website after trialling other, generally more expensive companies. Create offers a range of options to suit different needs and the package I'm currently using is excellent value for money. As someone with a background in website content, my main criticism is that the 'out of the box' templates are fairly basic with some extremely garish colour schemes. However, I wasn't expecting bells and whistles and as well as being able to modify colour schemes it is also possible to make design modifications if you either have the know-how yourself or know a helpful web designer. Customer service is responsive and the one or two issues I've had were dealt with swiftly. All in all I'm very happy and will be staying with Create for the forseeable future.

I have only just opened my website with Create. I have no technical knowledge at all and yet I have done it! I have always had my (probably very basic) questions answered by my named account manager quickly and respectfully and in a way I can understand! I still have loads to learn but they are there to help and so are the friendly forum members.

Love create :) - I had actually been with another (more expensive well known provider E*M), unhappy with their service I moved to create - I am very happy with what is offered and Mimi my personal account supervisory is fantastic and always replies to my emails same day! Not to mention the many create staff that are on hand to help on forum posts - even at a weekend - a far cry from my last provider. Would recommend to anyone! Natures beauties.
