Terrible after sales service. I bought a £2000 plus Samsung from what is described as “Samsung dealer of the year” last November. After having had the tv for a period of time (which was only just out of the 30 day period for consumer rights act ) I noticed banding and clouding on the screen. Dacomes sent out someone to look at it and said they would contact Samsung. After many months of emails, telephone calls and a one to one in the shop nothing, complete silence and no contact from them what so ever. Fortunately I contacted Samsung directly who where excellent with their customer service and have since rectified the fault by replacing the TV. Shame on you Dacombes after having promised so much at the initial purchase.

We purchased a TV (Samsung L8000 46cm), received a great price, great service, the two guys who delivered and installed it were knowledgeable, most helpful, very pleasant and friendly. Thank you so much.

What great service! My washing machine broke down early Wednesday morning and by that night Dacombe and Renaut had installed a new one! Not knowing what make or model to buy the young man in the shop explained clearly and politely the features of the machines. I sneakily checked the price of the same machine in John Lewis with installing and taking away my now very ill old washer and was nicely surprised Dacombe and Renaut were £35 cheaper! Two polite guys turned up and installed my shiny new Bosch washing machine and I'm delighted. Have since recommended to all my friends and they've bought Televisions and fridges. It's great to see a local high street business doing well. Well done Dacombe and Renaut keep up the good work.

Zanussi tumble dryer chosen as it could be vented from either side or back. Efficient dryer. Service excellent with delivery at convenient time.

Would like express my complete satisfaction of the service I received from Dacombe and Renaut on the purchase of my Panasonic tv package installation and time taken to explain how it all works and guarantees etc. They even dismantled my existing tv package and re-installed it at my Mothers house then took her existing tv to charity. Keep up the good work!

Having chosen the model that I wanted, I went to Dacombe and Renaut and bought from them as I was looking for a good honest supplier. I recommend them regularly to friends and family. Very good service from the moment you walk through the door. I was impressed with their knowledge, friendliness and professionalism.

Recently bought a Zanussi tumble dryer from Dacombe and Renaut. Not only was their price the same as the big box shifters, but they delivered and installed it the same day. Can't recommend them highly enough.
