Damptec Systems Ltd is a family run business run by Carl Weatherhead and his wife Pam. Carl has built up an experise in the remedial treatment industry and has worked hard to ensure that the Damptec brand is a recognised symbol of reliability, value for money and great customer care. Damptec Systems Ltd ia a member of the Property Care Association (PCA) formerly the British Wood Preserving and Damp-Proofing Association (BWPDA). This means we work to the association's stringent guidelines and undergo rigorous on going verification checks to maintain our membership status. Specialist damp and timber surveys are often required by mortgage lenders prior to the sale or purchase of a property. Such surveys are only recognised if carried out by a Property Care Accociation (PCA) company whose surveyors hold the Certificated Surveyor in Remedial Treatment qualification (CSRT) and additionally the Certificate in Structural Water proofing (CSSW).
