Outstanding service! Friendly chap and arrived on time. Had David Hipkiss for an EPC rating on property. He's was very informative about the process and was happy to answer the many questions we asked. Booked late Friday night and he was here the next day on Saturday afternoon. Excellent service and good value for Money. Would definitely recommend him. 10/10.

David provided a brilliant service. He was very helpful explaining much of the EPC as my building is not a ‘regular’ building. Also talking through the current consultation on the potential raising of EPC level for BTL. Definitely value for money, I would highly recommend David’s service.

I am not one for giving accolades to all and sundry I will only recognise good service when it truly is good service. David turned up when he said he would, surveyed the property without causing any disruption and produced a professionally considered report. Should you need an energy survey I wouldn't hesitate to recommend David Hipkiss. Plus his charges were very reasonable.

Absolute excellent service from David today he arrived promptly explaining everything he was going to do and was very thorough ! …My EPC was emailed to me within a few hours that same day ! I initially had no clue about EPC’s having not ever had one done before so wasn’t sure what I was really doing and how to go about getting one done without having an estate agent involved so it’s a great relief to know I chose the right person in David would highly rate David’s service.

The estate agents were quoting me over double what David charged me for the same work so I am extremely happy with the cost. Communication was always prompt and David worked around my schedule to carry out the work. He confirmed all our arrangements via Email in writing and turned up on time. He carried out his work without any disruption to ourselves and very professionally. I advised him that I needed the EPC very quickly so he even uploaded it onto the EPC register within an hour for me to view and download, he even gave us a free energy saving plug in as part of his service.
