Well after having out install date moves 4 times we wasn’t best pleased and was then in contact with the MD David who understood the frustration and anger was told it was due to stock issues in the high demand industry in which I totally understand David guaranteed my installation would be completed the following week with a good will gesture of bird barrier The following week has pasted and I’m please to say my install is complete and up and running with the bird barrier as promised I had Anthony install my panels really polite and high standard of work the panels look amazing 9 panels in total with a growatt system all work is tidy and looks professionally finished Also had a zappi fitted plus an hot water controller both optional extras Although pushed back 4 times I’ve taken 1 star away due to the industry in high demand and stock issues that are understandably out of Deege solars hands Since speaking with David everything has ran smoothly and I’m extremely happy with my service Thank you.

After much research I decided to go with deege solar for my installation with energy prices rocketing I needed to react With 11 Hyundai 415w panels installed with a Growatt system had a hot water controller as an extra Everything was to the point from start to finish My install date wasn’t changed and all went ahead as planned Really happy man thank you.

Amazing Work from Deege Solar had my date pushed back once after that it was plain sailing throughout Communication wise I was in contact with Amy always professional and polite put me at ease straight away with anything I needed to know brilliant customer service Thank you Amy Roofers - Richie and Jonny great work fitting my panels (8 Ulica 400w). Looks amazing couldn’t be happier with the work Electrical work - Mick such an lovely, experienced and professional gentleman Installed a givenery System. Efficient work everything so neat and tidy also run me through everything and answered any questions I would highly recommend Deege Solar to anyone I would also like to thank everyone for the excellent experience.

Happy to say my solar installation is now installed and working I have 36 Ulica 400w panels with Solar Edge inverters/optimisers and battery. Mick the electrician showed me how to use the app after the install was up and running and I must say I check the app everyday and find it really helpful , useful and easy to use. After waiting a few months for my install it’s finally finished and working. Few push’s backs is the only negative I can give that’s why 4/5 stars and not 5/5. Many thanks. Abdul.

SolarEdge Battery Bank 10Kwh installed. Lied to 36hrs before install about battery being out of stock (it wasnt), they wanted to delay install by over 6 weeks, later told someone was having a bad day and I was misinformed? . Lied to about only using their own qualified installers, mine was independent subcontractor along with someone else unqualified and not even an electrician, not insured and nothing to do with the solar trade whatsoever or the company I was doing business with which breached HIES, MCS and manufacturer guidelines. Lied to by the salesman about having installed this battery before (they hadnt). Lied to about mounting option (salesman knew nothing about the battery or mounting options so just made it up). Chased for full payment before work was even finished. Failed commissioning of battery. Unstable battery readings for 3 days once commissioned along with CBs and RCDs tripping including those on the battery. 3 site visits later and I now have a non functioning battery and worse an unserviceable Solar PV system which is only 10mths old and had no issues whatsoever prior to battery install and associated firmware updates. No safety information provided with battery at all, in fact no information at all about it. Had to chase 4 times for a receipt. Managing Director was supposed to come back to me with an update on where they went wrong but didnt and went on leave for 2 weeks. Passed from person to person in company. 2 weeks on and its now costing me money in lost solar and I have a very expensive ornamental battery. CANNOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I am honestly very pleased with my solar panel installation, I even got a Zappi EV charger installed. Deege Solar are definitely the best solar installers.
