Excellent! Friendly, helpful, fast! I needed to trace a person's address. I liked the Diem Legal website - charges for the various services were clearly displayed and very reasonable, but I was unsure which was the most appropriate. An initial phone call was answered promptly and pleasantly, and I was given clear instructions on which service was needed and how to apply online. A couple of days later the payment request came through by email and the report was emailed as soon as I had paid.

I can only say that Mr Shevon McDonald is a blessing in disguise and an absolute star and I am not even exaggerating. Here is evidence to substantiate my claim. I had a tricky case where the ex was refusing to sign the acknowledgement of service. I spoke to a few process servers in the area who were lukewarm about the approach. But the moment I spoke to Mr Shevon, I knew he was really keen to assist me in getting the job done. Not only did he allay my fears, he went the extra mile of delivering the papers on a Saturday and what's more, asked me only to pay after he had done the job.
