Discus Fish Sales

Absolutely shocking,1 dead fish on arrival, 1 dead with 16 hours. Remaining fish have white spot, white stringy poo also indicating parasite infection. Contacted seller with photos of first dead fish with photo taken with 5 minutes of delivery. But stated because I didn't tell him within the hour, it counts for nothing. I messaged him after 90 minutes. Blamed me as per previous feedbacks and expect a reply again stating this is all my fault. Tank set up and tested every day with liquid test kit. Parameters perfect, temps perfect. But apparently its my fault! Sells on other site using fake profiles because he his banned from most Facebook groups. Waste of nearly £500. Very rude and arrogant individual. Awaiting the reply to blame me like all previous reviews. Refusing to provide an invoice and any licence to sell fish. Says it all.Moreexpand_more

Bit of a mixed bag order 6 discus the two most expensive the were in the worst condition one with an eye problem one with a gill issue. And should not be set out in that condition. All look under weight but they are all eating well now. The youngest are in the best health. And settle in in a mater of hours.

Absolutely disgusting. Never ever ever buy anything from this disgusting person. Ordered 2 discus when they arrived one was very badly scared My partner took these fish in as I was at work and put them in the tank with the lights off as advised. When I had come home from work I checked on them and one of the fish it’s fins looked like it had been in a fight and it has some scaring on the body. My initial thought was white spot. I took pocket and send them to this man and he advised it’s not white spot it was burn from the travel water dropping below 28c. But he would off a refund or another fish to be send to me on the 12th. I replied asking for a refund only for the one fish that had arrived that I was not happy with. Then I got a reply saying I was not getting a refund. And my tank was contaminated and it was my fault this had happened to the fish. I have a uv filter and I check my ph levels daily. This is my quarantine tank. I have had several emails with this disgusting person who refuses to give me a refund and tells me it is my fault without knowing what my set up is. I have now had a certified vet come out and tell me that the fish has burn from the travel water being below 28c. I would not be writing this review had I just been offered the refund in the beginning as the other fish I received is fine. He blames all bad reviews on other sellers trying to take him down. I am not a seller and I just some one with not a lot of money and a hobby for fish that has been taken advantage of.Please go to your local fish shop and avoid buying off this disgusting human.Moreexpand_more

Hi. Not happy. 3 discus arrived on time. Well packaged. But not the size that was promised. Put me off ordering again from anywhere. Should of driven out to a breeder and selected my own. WHY is there only 1 review on here? ….
