We provide all statutory energy assessments including Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Air Conditioning Energy Inspections (also known as TM44 assessments. We cater for individual premises or large portfolios and cover both domestic (dwellings) and non-domestic (shops, offices, agricultural, industrial, factory) premises. Additionally, we can provide energy efficiency assessment services for new buildings including SAP, SBEM and BRUKL calculations to assist planning and building control.
