DPM Facts Ltd is one of the most professional and experienced process servers in Kent. The company has over 20 years tracing and serving experience serving a variety of notices from writs, injunctions and court orders to divorce, non-molestation orders and family proceedings, statutory demands and bankruptcy petitions.

The team is headed by Michael Pettitt, a retired police officer with a meritorious career with the Metropolitan Police. DPM Facts takes a meticulous approach to its work, preparing the necessary statements of service and/or Affidavits in a court-admissible format, ensuring the law and rules of service are fully observed.

With years of law enforcement experience, we recognise potentially volatile and risky situations and are often able to defuse them. In instances where a client is unsure of a person’s location, we are experts in tracing individuals, making lawful, discreet enquiries into their whereabouts before court proceedings begin.
