A good clear quote and explanation was given and the fitters were helpful, clean and efficient. Even though the woodburner was not from this company I would have appreciated a little more help with selection. Good price and service.

I removed an old Victorian fire insert with intention of having an open fire. Justin carried out a thorough survey which revealed problems with stack etc and brought me round to having a small woodburner. Really impressed with time spent on the survey and excellent advice, so glad I took it. Took a little longer to install than expected, but the two fitters were reassuringly thorough in the way they went about their task and the end result is fantastic, so pleased I took the decision to go with Justin's suggestion and quote etc. Highly reccomend.

I have had two wood burners installed recently. In both cases the work was carried out as agreed, without problems and on time. Workmanship was excellent.

We received very prompt, accurate, clear advice on our options so we are delighted with the stove and flue we finally chose. The standard of workmanship and helpful consideration from the fitters was excellent.

Possibly not the cheapest out there, but as with most things you get what you pay for. Friendly and professional staff who did an excellent job on reconstructing our fireplace and adding a gas woodburner. They always made an effort to keep the house as clean and tidy as possible during the work and were also quick to help with a very minor issue that we had post installation. Delighted with the finished job as shown in the photo and we've since had the carpet replaced too (this was always intended, we chose the new shape/size of the hearth). We have had used the services of Ecoflue over the past ten years…they have installed a wood burner for us and also lined our chimney. They are in the process of installing a gas woodburner style stove in another room of our house. The most important reason we use them is because they are reliable, professional and experienced in their field. We would readily recommend Ecoflue.
