Fantastic company, always on hand to help throughout my tenancy, all works complete onflat to a high quality and the communication from Bev was amazing throughout. Even through Covid times and lockdowns a excellent service delivered.

We've been with Embassy for around 6 months now and in that time they have done so much more than the last few agents did over several years! Managing agents sometimes have a bad reputation and many deserve it, but Embassy really is the exception. They provide 24/7 phone and email support and are very prompt in getting problems fixed, and keep excellent communication with the freeholder and leaseholders. They are very efficient and cost effective. Superb service - highly recommended.

Embassy Management has been extremely efficient when taking over the management of our block of flats. The previous 'management company' did absolutely nothing, apart from collecting their fees, in terms of trying to sort out arrears, what work needed to be done etc and within a few months of taking over, Embassy managed to sort out the arrears from one of the flats. ! Brilliant! As well as being efficient, in all my dealings with Embassy I have always received swift, professional responses to any enquiries, communications etc and I can therefore recommend Embassy Management most highly!

Substantial renovation works undertaken. What I really liked is that that the work was done according the specification, and not being local, I received regular updates (photos and text) of what had been achieved. The finishes are really good too.

Embassy have sold two of our properties. We always found them very professional and exceptionally good value. They are much cheaper than the main street estate agents even so they always showed the potential purchasers around and immediately kept us up to date of the situation. Excellent agents who I would definitely recommend. They have also assisted us in the maintenance of our rented properties. Nothing was too much trouble and they always seemed to go to that extra length to make sure everything was completed as one would expect.
