They by the looks of it they are able to evicted someone without their knowledge that there was any problem with their bank or their mortgage and even when still be paying the mortgage monthly. No conversation taking place between Equivo and the homeowner explaining who they were or even any knowledge of an eviction taking or has taken place. No court order was shown or given to the homeowner or provided to them dispute asking them for this for over 1 year then just before a court hearing they cease to be representing the bank leaving an absolute mess for everyone and much pain behind. They do not provide you with and accountability or explanation for their actions and behaviour which has caused much pain. What a shambles. Shocking! Very very poor implementation of a eviction of which the owner had no idea even existed.
