Our Air Quality division specialises in the monitoring and improvement of indoor air quality and these monitors can be remotely connected to your building's BMS to optimise your HVAC system.

Evotech Fire and Security provides installation and maintenance services for both fire protection and security systems.

We are a privately-owned business and are proud of our people, who help us to deliver our services with great passion and expertise, whilst putting our clients and their customers first and centre. In a recent client satisfaction survey undertaken throughout the North of England, 100% of customers rated Evotech staff as excellent (86%) or good when asked how helpful and friendly they are, and when asked how highly they rate our engineers, again 100% of respondents, rated Evotech engineers as excellent (86%) or good.

Our team will ensure your mechanical and electrical assets are fully assessed and will provide a bespoke maintenance schedule to suit your specific needs, including statutory inspections and planned maintenance works in accordance with SFG20 and CIBSE standards. Our building performance team can help you reach Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards, lower energy usage and significantly reduce running costs and carbon emissions.
