We entrusted Express Inventories to produce highly detailed inventories for two of our fully furnished luxury rental properties in central Brighton. Not only were they thorough, detailed and extremely precise they also assisted in advising us on several issues we had not thought about which proved invaluable. They also did two quite complex guest check ins, ensuring that everything ran super smoothly and even looked after one of the tenants who was unable to check in immediately due to an accounting error. I cannot rate this company highly enough, having dealt with several over the years, and we have switched all our rental property administrative requirements over to them. Polite, knowledgable, efficient and accurate - if I could give 6 stars I would!
