I've been renting under F5 Property for 2 years now, their service is fantastic and I cannot find any fault with them. They are a pleasure to deal with and are very much "hands off" unless you need their help which is perfect. They leave you be to live in the property with no disruptions and are super prompt at coming to repair anything that breaks down. They have a really handy maintenance system online where you log tickets of repair work needing done and they then send out a repair person asap to remediate the issue. They have always been so polite and friendly to deal with and even recently have replaced some chairs in our place that were a bit wobbly and have arranged for one of the rooms to be painted upon our request as it needed freshened up. They were more than happy to sort this out for us, making it even more of a pleasure to live here. I can't recommend F5 Property enough, they are easily the best I have dealt with in my years of renting!
Just finished my 12 month lease with F5 property and have to say I'm EXTREMELY delighted with the service and professionalism that has been shown to me. Tenacy was applied for and signed online? ! ? NO TRIPS TO BELFAST OR TRYING TO FIND PARKING! Uploaded my ID and my details all online and signed for my agreement digitally! Picked the property up and was greeted by Christine who was extremely friendly and helpful… (She even arrived earlier to sign for our virgin internet parcel) which I thought was very thoughtful! . The place was very clean and Christine was very knowledgable in giving advice on what type of cleaners we should use and what we should avoid! Brian was more back office role and sorted all the administration and forms out and had organised the repairs and everything else out… I literally had nothing to do as this was all organised and prepared for me! F5 were only ever an email away… our shower had broke and leaked everywhere… I reported this ONLINE whilst in work and the shower was fixed and repaired for me arriving home! The online maintenance repairing is amazing and convenient. The best way to describe F5 is "the professionalism and organisation of a large established business and the feel and personalisation of a family one" Wish I could give you constructive criticism but I literally can't think of anything…. It was my first time letting in the UK. After going through 5 different agents, I stumbled upon these stars by accident. I have never met with more efficient estate agents. There dealings are perhaps the ideal mixture of personalization and business. I hope they are my estate agents in the future as well.
My husband and I were so lucky to rent with F5 property. I was new to Belfast when we came to live in the house and I was a bit worried on how to take care of the house and what to do when something goes wrong. Thankfully, Christine was always there and is always ready to help and make sure we are completely satisfied and enjoying our stay. We are also very grateful for the urgency F5 property deals with when it comes house maintenance. They would never leave you hanging or suffering from any problems no matter how small or big the issue is. Great respect for that. On so many occasions too Christine would offer me advice on how to take care of things around the house and what sort of detergents to use and so on which were really found helpful and I really appreicated that. In a way she added a personal touch that made us so much more comfortable staying with their agency. I also respect that she also had our best interest at heart and always gave us the best the advice when we were moving out on where to find a suitable house. Finally F5 property is not one of those agencies that would take your deposit for no good reason which I used to hear about from my friends. They are trustworthy. I rented a flat through F5 Property and had a brilliant experience. Very friendly, personal and professional. Everything was so easy from arranging to view the property to signing the tennancy agreement to gettting something fixed in the property. I would highly reccommend F5 property!
I rented a property through Intralet in 2014 and 2015. From the outset, everything was handled extremely efficiently. Brian sent me very clear instructions via email and text, and the whole process of registering on the Intralet website, signing the contract, and setting up my direct debit was a breeze. Any time an issue arose I was able to log it on the Intralet website in the maintenance section. Or, if it was an emergency, my call was always answered promptly and handled with professionalism and politeness, with all the relevant information given or action taken. I had never had experience in the past of dealing with letting agents, only private landlords. I can safely say that if I ever rent a property in Belfast again it will be through Intralet. I never met John, but Brian, Christine and Kieran were all terrific, and I would be delighted to recommend Intralet to anyone.
I have been letting my property out through Intralet for approximately 10 years. The service provided by Christine, Brian and Kieran is exceptional. They take the stress out of property letting, so much in fact that I can forget about it for most of the year. I would highly recommend their service.
Myself and my husband have had a close association with Intralet over the past 11 years, both as landlords and tenants. Intralet managed our two properties for us for 2 years while we were overseas from 2003-2005. During this time our properties were well maintained and inspected 6 monthly. We had regular contact with Intralet via e-mail regarding any maintenance issues and a monthly update on finances. Maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely and cost-effective manner. From 2007-2011 we were tenants of an Intralet-managed property in Belfast. We were extremely happy with Intralet and how they looked after the property. Again any maintenance issues we had were dealt with quickly and effectively. The team of tradesmen who worked with Intralet were always considerate and efficient. We are once again overseas and have entrusted the care of our large family home to Intalet to manage for us. They were able to find a suitable tenant for us and gave us good advice on how to get our house ready for letting. We haveIntralet to manage our property once again as we were very impressed with the service they provided on previous occasions. I have used Intralet both as a tenant and Landlord. At short notice I moved to Northern Ireland for work reasons and was able to secure accommodation quickly and efficiently through Intralet. Throughout my tenancy they were thoroughly professional with excellent communication at all times. Subsequently I used them as a Letting Agent a few years later and again their professionalism and communication was excellent. I have dealt with a number of agents in different geographical locations and have found Brian and Christine to be among the best.
I have been a tenant of Intralet for 2 years now and cannot fault them. Maintenance service is excellent; any issues in the property are inspected and dealt with quickly and without any hassle. I have been renting in different areas throughout Belfast for the past 8 years and renting through intralet has been the easiest and most reliable.
Intralet are a great firm to work with. We found them via a recommendation from business colleagues who rightly cited their professionalism, friendliness, approachability, efficiency and thoroughness as strong selling points. Not only do they market and manage our properties efficiently, but they deal fairly and compassionately with tenants so that a good relationship is maintained. They deal quickly with maintenance issues and problems and only present matters to us once they have a recommended and considered solution. This makes life very easy for us. I would recommend them without reservation.
I think three aspects helped us sell our house (through Intralet) very quickly during a difficult time for the property market:1. Meticulous attention to detail of Christine and the great care taken during the house viewings – and the fact that Christine attended all the viewings personally rather than leaving it to the seller which can be awkward. 2. Very straight talking honest approach taken by Intralet when dealing with seller and potential buyer. 3. Excellent photography showing the home to its full potential and therefore attracting viewers. We have maintained a good relationship with the person who bought our house which I know isn’t always the case, but shows the level of honesty and transparency involved.
I have had multiple properties managed by Intralet, and have done for years. From working with Intralet, I have gotten to know Brian and Christine, and now consider them to be friends. Their level of professionalism and dedication has allowed me to completely forget about my various properties because I know that they are in good hands. I now live in new Zealand! Brian and Christine are extremely dedicated to running their business to the highest of standards. Every month the money goes into my bank account, and and every time I need to get in contact with them, I get a reply within hours. When something goes awry with the properties or tenants, they email me with a batch of great solutions, and all I have to do it pick one. I have watched over the year as Intralet as a business has expanded and grown. I am very happy to watch this, because it has never lost its personal touch. I will be with them for a very long time. I've been using Intralet since 2007 to manage and let a 3 bed property in central Belfast. The service I've received has always been first class both in terms in finding good tennants to resolving any issues quickly and cost effective. It is weight of my mind that when things go wrong and they do (leaking showers and broken washing machines for example! )that Intralet will respond very quickly with recommendations to resolve. Fixes are always quick and Intralet have a good network of trademen to use when necessary. For me, my relationship with Intralet is a partnership. I'm very happy with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
