Sam adapted our fuse-boxes to allow an electric vehicle wall-box charger to be fitted. He understood our requirements perfectly, and arrived on time today to make these adaptations without fuss or mess. We are very happy with Sam's courteous manner and the high and professional standard of his work, and would recommend him without question.

Sam installed a power supply to the garage in an efficient and workman like manner. His work is very neat, and the parameters were fully discussed and approved before hand. I would certainly recommend him to you, and will not hesitate to use him in future.

Maintenance and repairs in the kitchen, bathroom, living areas and outside including plastering, shower unit repairs and replacement, flooring, electrical, brickwork, fence work etc (house needed a lot of work). Sam was great to deal with, he was very patient with the kids and the DOG. He has a great ability to come up with great ideas to repair so many different things (especially the kitchen sink and our shower trims). Great value for money and made my wife and I feel at ease.

I was kicking myself for not having run electricity through to my garage before painting my kitchen, as I thought it would mean a lot of disruption. I also thought the rockery would suffer in the process. Nope - it was a cinch! Didn't have to touch up the kitchen; garden is just fine. I can now put a freezer in the garage, and see what's going on on dark winter evenings. I'd use Factotum Expert again - in fact, I've got them to quote for my next job!

I've used Factotum Expert for various jobs. The new kitchen has been installed to a very high standard and the electical work has all been completed promptly and efficiently. The variety of work they are capable of, each to an exceptional standard is great. There's no complications trying to co-ordinate the services of different tradesmen when one can do everything from electrics, kitchen fitting, carpentry, floor levelling. I wouldn't hesitate to use Factotum Expert again for any job that needs doing. Excellent value for money.

We first used Factotum Expert, for a repair to the garage, the side wood to the supports for the up and over door were rotting and needed cutting out and replacing. He did this in a very professional way, tidying up , leaving everything clean. We liked his demeanor and work sufficiently to ask him to do more work in the upstairs Bathroom and downstairs WC, then to clean off and redecorate all the metal works in the Balustrades to stairs and landing. We found him conscientious , his workmanship good, his prices very fair considering the quality of his work. We will most definitely use him again if the need arises.
