I purchased a new fire tray to replace one that had lasted 16 years, the pricing was very competitive, Chris handled my call and was really nice to deal with and super helpful. The fire tray came quicker than expected which was refreshing. It was as described and fitted as a direct replacement. I am more than happy to refer anyone to Fires 2 U for a 10/10 experience from start to finish.

I originally ordered the same fire from another company but they kept putting off delivery (weeks and weeks went by) with no explanation. I eventually cancelled the order and ordered the same fire from Fires2U. I must say that Emma has been so helpful, she constantly kept me updated about why there was a delay (problem with the manufacturer) and regularly chased them on my behalf right up until the fire was delivered. So, although I didn't get the fire quicker than I would have, at least I knew why and that it was being chased! I'd definitely recommend this company.

Just purchased my Gas Fire from Fires2u. Ordering online was easy and quick. Order acknowledged very quickly with online copy of purchase order with order number and contact phone number. Three working days later delivery date agreed. Two working days later Gas Fire was in my home. Minor problem with Gas Fire Coals. Contacted Fires2u and was dealt with politely and efficiently. I ordered a flavel gas fire it was delivered on time packed good just waiting for it to be fitted cant fault the service.

I bought a Flavel gas fire which arrived within 3 days. At the time of installation the fire surround was foun to be damaged. Icontacted Fires2u who arranged for a replacement part which arrived 2 days later. The fire is now installed and I am delighted with it and theservice and communications from Fires2u.

Superb in every way - phoned on the Tuesday fire organised and delivered by the Friday - would be impressive under any circumstances but the week before Christmas and delivery address in Scotland is just outstanding - Emma in sales was very professional extremely helpful and is a true asset to the company - would recommend to anyone - without their service and excellent courier service Christmas would have been a disaster - well done to all involved can't thank you enough.

This company is top notch. The help given by Emma in the office was invaluable. The delivery of my fire was efficient - on time - with text to inform me of delivery date, also further text on delivery day to let me know the time of delivery which was within the time given. The follow up of Fire2u is exceptional. I am recommending this company without reservation.

I searched the website for the gas fire I wanted - a Valor. On several firm's websites one had to make payment which did not show a padlock when entering one's card details. Fires2U offered the best price with free delivery next day. In desperation I rang this company and the lady who answered immediately said they had the gas fire in stock and the colour I wanted. She took my details - name, address, card details without ever asking me to repeat something. All ordered and will arrive tomorrow she said. The package was tracked throughout its transport. I was told it would arrive between 14:30 and 15:30. It arrived at 14:28! Everything ran perfectly and I would recommend this company to anyone. Every detail was correct - I think for the first time ever I have never had to repeat some detail over the phone when ordering something. Only problem I have had is getting someone to install the gas fire which was finally completed completed yesterday, five weeks after the delivery of the gas fire. I ordered a Flavel Firenza Gas Fire on Monday lunchtime. It was delivered four days later on Friday. Fires2u kept me informed about the delivery times very well. I live on the Isle of Wight and sometimes delivery can be a bit hit and miss. Not this time. Excellent service. I will not hesitate to use Fires2u again.

I thought Fires 2U was a little to far from the south east coast where I live, to order a gas fire. It might well have been in my local high street, because I ordered it on the 28th Oct and it was at my front door by the 6th Nov. The driver for City Link who delivered it was most helpful and friendly. The Fires 2U team were very supportive and professional. I will definitely recommend Fires 2U, a very worthy retailer. From a very warm and satisfied customer.
