My internet cable from house to garden office had suddenly failed. Rich came to diagnose why, tested all options, discovered the problem and provided the solution. This didn’t just involve sorting out the IT, but getting muddy digging the new cable into my garden, drilling holes, filling holes and generally being brilliant all round. And along the way, he gave me various tips about using my systems. He leaves a legacy of positivity wherever he goes. Highly recommended.

After my gaming laptop died, I contacted Richard in hopes that he would fix it. Well, less than 24 hours later he not only had it fixed, but he also managed to fix the wired connection to my laptop too! The hinge was broken on my laptop and it was unuseable. Called Richard and he came quickly. He advised me on the solutions and how I could speed up the machine. We agreed a plan, within the budget set and he took the machine away as he needed to order some parts. It was returned to me within in 4 days with everything working fine. Richard is a very courteous person and does go the extra mile to make you happy. If I have any future problems my first port of call will be Richard.

We had tried using "range extenders" but still not solved the problems of getting good WiFi service in an old house on 3 floors with very thick internal walls. Richard designed and installed a Ubiquiti mesh network. Now we have great Wifi service and single passord sign on. Instalation was painless and tiday. Excellent.

Richard replaced our hard drive on our pc recently and carried this out quickly and efficiently. Richard has also fitted a good inexpensive firewall to our pc - again nothing is too much trouble. He is also is a fountain of information and explains everything in detail! I highly recommend Richard.
