Unfortunately, the slippers I’d ordered were not the right fit so had to send back and I sent email to explain the issue. Sizing is very SMALL I bought a 5/6 and despite reading all reviews measuring my feet , speaking to a guy at Bedroom Athletics who assured me sizing is correct they are TOO small. I am a standard size 6 so if you are but a 7/8 as the material is pulled tight at toes.

I was quite worried about buying shoes online, in case they didn’t fit, or I didn’t like the style ‘in real life’. Not only did my order arrive within 4 days, but the Earth Spirit shoes fit perfectly and I love the style. Also, the returns form in the parcel made me confident that I could have returned the shoes easily. Excellent service, and makes shoe buying SO easy.

Hi ordered sandals that arrived promptly! Quality good but were more expensive than other places.

I ordered a size 11 online with next day delivery. A size 7 arrived. When I phoned to query this I was informed that the system defaulted to a size 7 or 8 when the correct size was out of stock. When I replied this was not a very good system, as essentially Footart are allowing customers to buy what isnt available - and then sending out inappropriate sizes. I was told that it was just a system that we had to work with. The sales assistant said they would not reimburse the postage (£7) as I should have read an e-mail that was sent. I did receive a Paypal receipt in my inbox but the relevant Footart e-mail went straight to my spam folder. This is a badly designed system compounded with poor customer service.

I was a little sceptical ordering crocs again after not wearing them in years. And so bad reviews untill I saw footart. Reviews outstanding also received a lovely call as I couldn't order online and I'm amazed so I finally ordered the classic cros… Liked them so much I ordered the literide crocs the same day… Fantastic service from start to finish… Ill definitely be purchasing more… Keep up the good work footart you're the best so far….

Lovely crocs thank you. Arrived amazingly quickly especially as ordered just before the bank holiday weekend. Love them and love the Service. Will order again from this company. The only comment I would make is the sizing seems a tiny bit smaller than a UK 7. However they fit me fine.
