Fantastic Venetian Arbour. I feel so sorry for the other people who have had a poor experience with Forest Garden. Whether they have changed very recently or whether I was extremely lucky I don't know, but I bought a fantastic Venetian Arbour. Had a handyman to put it up in less than 4 hours. I couldn't have done it by myself as this is a sturdy, professional finish item. It is amazing and worth every penny. The company had perfect communication, super-fast delivery and the delivery driver was a blast from the past. Helped me take the parts through to the back garden and was friendly, polite and professional. The whole experience was faultless and now I can sit with a mug of tea watching the birds come rain or shine. One very happy customer!Moreexpand_more

Very bad sheds iv bought an 8x6 what a load off rubbish cheep wood nothing fits together properly don’t buy from forest garden big holes all over it very cheep and nasty.

Terrible Product. Diabolical customer service. My issue:Partner company delivers item. I raise issue with shed within hours to the retailer I purchased with (Sheds co uk - who are just as bad! ). Nothing happens. I make the necessary improvements/purchases to ensure it is water tight and stable improvements (later Karen calls these an upgrade! What a joke). Finally after me chasing Forest Garden calls. Promises me a some sort of refund (Lynn - twice on 2 different phone calls). 6 months later - no refund. Deny everything and it is all my fault! ?!?!I spent £600 for a terrible shed with numerous faults and even though I followed procedure nothing has happened. Citizen Advice has advised me to contact solicitors, which I have started but just don't have the time to go through with it - but hopefully as I have been advised I can catch up with this later as I have all the emails etc. I will follow this through to make a point that you can't rip people off and get away with it.Moreexpand_more

The worst company ever roof on log cabin leaking after 2 weeks old needed a bucket to collect the water, felt not fitted correctly also door frame had dropped 10 cm and not secured whole side of cabin fitted incorrectly, inside the roof whole roof is soaking wet and mouldy, customer service is distressful company refuses to sort any of the faults told me to take them to the small claims court, do not waste your money with this company.

Had delivery date and time waited with a handyman as he was going to put shed up for me del time 1152 to 1452 its now 1720 pm nothing absolutely disgusting service no call no text no email nothing they took my money but have not delivered don'reorder from them.

Had an initial issue, as brought their product through a third party Bussiness. Forest Garden staff sorted the issue out for me. Gave 110% effort and I would go as far as to say, went above and beyond expectation. On customer service alone I would recommend them to anyone. Extremely helpful. Thank You.

My order came on the day requested, delivered by 2 very cheerful helpful men. No problems, all parts were there and so far we have built the first of our bicycle store sheds, they are just what the web page said they would be. The instructions are clear and easy to follow, although you do need two people to put things together.

Ordered shed through the Shed Store, then got an email from Forest Garden asking for my preferred delivery date which I chose, wondering who Forest Garden were! So proceeded to look them up and came across this website where to my horror all I could find were really horrendous reviews, barely getting more than 1 star. Reading how bad the quality of the product was, the abysmal customer service, drivers that launch your goods off the back of the lorry without stopping etc etc etc. Anyway, my delivery day came around and received an email on the morning saying that they now weren't going to deliver anymore and they will be in touch with me to arrange an alternative date, at which point I thought here we go! Having taking the day off and a member of my staff off the road too, an old shed dismantled and all the contents of my previous shed strewn across my back garden and in my living room, anticipating the arrival of my new shed. So rang Forest Garden direct and was greeted by a very helpful and I think genuinely concerned young lady who I explained the scenario and said this wasn't quite good enough and would like the shed delivered the following day. She said she would have a word with the transport manager and ring me back. 10 mins later true to her word she did saying that they would deliver the following day even though I was classed as long haul. Two very nice, very helpful drivers turned up, had a brew and a good ole chat with me. The shed is now up, no parts missing, superb quality and I am very happy with them. Had the shed for 10months, it is warped that bad it is no longer fit for purpose. I’ve tried to contact there after service team several times but had no response. The receptionist are polite but I’m not sure the mythical after service team exists. I was told to send emails and pictures in which I did. To cut a long story short I’ve still not spoke to anyone from the after service team. MY ADVICE…. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. LA.

Supposed to have delivered today 30/05/2018 between 7am and 7 pm the item never showed up. I took the full day off work losing £100 so a full refund and the item to be delivered has been requested, eBay sellers if the company you deal with promis one of your clients a delivery date then it is your responsibility to make sure the item is delivered on that day and chase it up. Called DDH they shut at 5pm, what use is an office that shuts at 5pm when their delivery drivers are supposed to deliver until 7pm? Total lack of responsibility on DDH's part they should close at the time of 7pm (last Delivery NOT 5PM) and should be on the phone chasing their drivers until 7pm. COPY OF THE EMAIL CONFIRMING DELIVERY:Dear MY NAME. Thank you for placing your order for the following product(s):1 x OLAP 6x4 + EZFIT RF. We are planning to deliver your order as requested on 30/05/2018 Our carrier DDH will be making the delivery and will be scheduled to arrive between 7am and 7pm. After 1year the roof sagged and felt split on ridge after erection carried out by company. Refused any assistance.

8 x 6 Apex Shed arrived on time but with 2 roof support beams so rotten they nearly came apart when I picked them up. I spoke to customer services who said they could send out replacements in 3 - 5 working days despite the driver saying someone could get out same day. I offered to collect 2 lengths from a local merchant just so I could complete the work as I'd taken the day off but all they offered was to reimburse me if I sent the receipt in ? ! Bad quality product and bad service - avoid.

The customer service is awful. I ordered some fence panels to be delivered on Bank Holiday Saturday so that we had time to fit them over the weekend. Received a phone call Saturday morning to say the driver had not turned up so would deliver Monday. A weekend we had planned had to be changed completely because of them. On Monday sat around all morning until 11:30 when I looked out of my kitchen window to see they had just been put on the drive. No one bothered knocking the door to let me know, anyone could have gone past and taken them and I was desperate to have them as needed them painted before putting them up. Not quite sure how this company thinks sort of service is ok.

Embarrassing quality fence panels, warped, badly made with nails missing, nails hanging out, shocking quality of timber used, these are the worst dregs of fence panels I've ever seen and would not recommend them to anyone.

Please look about for a better company shed replaced 1 time as it came well below standard and second one now has mould and big gaps under 7 months old been told thats they well not sort this I have proth of the emails and photos the don't care after they got there money do not trust and customer service and management I'll mannered.

Like mark Ellis I agree drivers no respect of property my elderly neighbour ordered shed from this company on line. Unfortunately when delivered backed into my car causing much damage. I unfortunately heard bang but as was about to go out interrupted by phone. When finally did go out they had gone. Leaving car with smashed rear light huge dent. I asked my neighbour what happened and she was upset as despite her age was already upset by drivers as said they started to dump shed on her front lawn and when asked to put in her garage were annoyed and said had she said. Had long drive from what she thought was Sheffield but slightly hard of hearing but said they said in hurry to get back (know why now) it has further transpired they failed to leave roof felt in rush. They also failed to leave invoice or advice note. We immediately phoned shed world where she ordered shed from and passed eventually to Forest Garden who were less than helpful and asked if had witness and did not seem to care at all. Eventually after sating I was contacting police as offence she sai would only devolve details to police but divulge to police any details. My elderly neighbour then found out when her nephew came to put up shed that no roofing felt after starting to assemble. When she phoned up she said she wanted them to pick up shed not satisfied and did not want same men who came with all the tattooed as not only did they damage her neighbours car but rude, and unhelpful. Unfortunately she was told that she would have to dismantle shed to. I know full well these men damaged my car as only went out 15 to 20 mins before as was going to go shopping for mother who disabled and was waiting for phone call re neede. Purchased a Forest product through Screwfix. Delivery time stated as 10 days (later found out from Screwfix that this time is set by Forest). Contacted 4 days after order by letter and asked to contact Forest to arrange delivery. Contacted Forest and they stated earliest delivery would be in almost three weeks time. Complained to Screwfix who chased Forest who then agreed delivery would be the next day between 07-09hrs. 09:05 phone call from Forest stating that they were unable to get my delivery on their lorry and that they would contact me again with a new delivery date. Contacted Screwfix again who contacted Forest's transport manager. Was told he would chase up the matter and contact me again with a delivery date (within the 10 days from order) asap. No call all day. Phoned Screwfix again who chased Ash. Eventually phone call from ASH who stated the earliest delivery date was the original date set. No apology. Couldn't care less. I have now cancelled the order and will NEVER consider buying anything if aware that Forest are involved. Would seriously suggest Screwfix re consider using Forest as their supplier. KEEP WELL CLEAR OF FOREST unless you are happy with POOR Customer service and a couldn't give a s*** attitude.Moreexpand_more

Four damaged parts to a new shed. Called up company only sent 3 parts out. Called up company did not seemed care. Very poor quality.

Completed delivery date online for fence panels but received a phone call on the date instead asking when I would like them. Ordered for the next available date - a week away. Arrived but 2 panels were broken and I was promised replacements within 48 hours. A week went by before I eventually called to discover the replacements hadn't been ordered. Reordered panels with delivery date 4 days off, only to be called again on the delivery day to hear that again they were damaged and I'd have to wait another week for replacements. Just before I was resigned to never seeing these products, they finally arrived.
