We ordered the whole house Moby One flow system, it was delivered very propmtly by Simon, fitted by our Plumber the next day ( his first whole house filtration system ) in our garage for ease of access. My Wife tells me it makes our slightly hard water easier on her skin. I would recommend this system to anyone living in this area.

I think this is the second time I've ordered from Foutain Filters and am very pleased with their service, so much so, I don't think I shall go anywhere else. At the moment, I just buy replacement cartridges for my franke 3 way tap, but am interested to read about other kinds of filters where a third tap isn't needed - this is particularly important as I may be moving some time this year and I know the one thing I shall miss is the taste of the water that comes from the drinking water tap, so I know where to come when the time arrives for me to potentially change the drinking water system in the house I move to.

After moving into a property with a fresh water supply, I turned to Fountain Filters for advice on replacing the water filter system. I purchased the Moby Twin Sediment System and it has been a worry-free system. Even changing the filters was far easier than the old system. FF have also advised on a suitable UV system and we will be back to purchase soon. Cannot fault this company on speed of service or quality of advice.

I ordered the Oyster TBC Under Sink Water Filter and the Long Reach Single Lever Tap. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strike coincided with despatch and it took a little longer than expected to arrive. The plumber came yesterday and fitted the system and the difference in water quality is mind blowing. No more foul tasting mains water, now water as it should taste. In fact I've been so used to foul tasting water it now tastes bland…. Brilliant! Would fully recommend Fountain Filters for service and quality!

I had doubts as to which Franke Stainless steel housing O ring to order so appreciated being able to discuss with Simon. Part and silicon grease tube arrived by return and all is well again with my filtered water.
