Amanda George dealt with me and the service was appalling, as was her rude and sarcastic attitude. She should not be working with the public. I have lost money to them and also my Will has been lost. Be very careful when choosing "free" services. They are not what they seem. I have never dealt with such an offensive person.
Really good service except the options on exclusios. They only include spouse or children. The problem is that as an unmarried and childless woman, my next of kin are my dad and sister whom I've excluded from my Will as I don't have a relationship with either and yet those options weren't available so my Will now reads "…Exclusion of [name of sister" which just reads terribly but I have no choice to accept it.
Very professional and efficient service. I got my will on the type of paper stated and it was bound. I am all the way in Canada and it was mailed to me at no extra cost. I arrived about two weeks after it was approved. Thanks Freewill. I definitely recommend freewill to those who are seeking to write a will.
I had put this off for so long that I was relieved to finally get my will written. The service was entirely online, took no more than 15 minutes and was easy to do. I got a pdf of my will a day later. I gave a small donation as I was so pleased, otherwise it was entirely free. Maybe at a later date I might buy a bound copy but it's not obligatory.
It’s only free if you can remove the watermark from the one they send initially AND if you turn down the endless extras and subsequent email requests for advice, checking, binding etc etc all of which are chargeable. This lack of transparency at the outset does not inspire confidence neither do the negative review terms.
