I have used Gold Traders for 4 transactions, they really do give a 5 star service. My 1st transaction showed their honesty. It was a 9ct watch chain with a fob, when the estimate came back the chain was 9ct but the fob was 18ct. The other trasactions were scrap gold and silver. Have no worries about using this service.

From initial filling in weight and carat info one day, sending jewellery off by Royal Mail special delivery insured next day then next day getting a final valuation and payment a few hours later was just surreal. Wow! I must admit I had reservations about using this company, solely on the experiences others had had with different companies. However, faultless experience from beginning to end. Almost identical payment to claim, they confirmed immediately on receipt of parcel, let me know when item had been processed (same day as receipt), and when BACS payment had been sent, then when the payment process had completed - all same day as they received the item. Talk about exceeding expectations!

Fabulous price paid for my gold items. The company actually said I had underweighed my items and quoted an even higher figure. If you are selling your gold you'll genuinely get a fantastic price. My advice, find out firstly what the company will give you before sending it off. There are companies out there that advertise nationally who will not give you a price before you send off your gold.
