Jane Hamilton Pilates offers Pilates classes to help you find your balance.
Jane is a fully qualified and experienced Pilates teacher who loves teaching adults of all abilities.
Currently all Jane's Pilates classes are online and for small groups so that she provide everybody with individual feedback and attention.
Practising Pilates regularly helps you develop strong core muscles which help prevent backache. You will also become more flexible which allows you to move freely without pain or discomfort. Pilates exercises tone your muscles which helps you to look taller and younger.
