Travelled to the Balkans on a 8 day trip ( Albania, Montenegro and Bosnia). Amazing experience. Excellent facilities and hotels. Our personal needs and comfort were always put first. Thank you once again. Would strongly recommend Haramain Tours.

Was well looked after. Looked after us. Treated us like their family and treated my wife very well. The people in the group were very nice. The quality of the hotel was good aswell as the food.

Had a great experience overall. Everything was delivered as promised, and the trip went smoothly. I traveled with my family during the last two weeks of Ramadan, so it was very busy, but everything was well-organized. The hotel and food were of an acceptable standard, and having transfers included made things much easier. Communication with the agent was excellent—they were always available and ready to assist whenever needed. Would definitely recommend!

I went to perform Umrah on 12th Feb 2025 with my wife, daughters and grandchildren. Their representative was waiting for us at Jeddah Airport to take us to Makkah Hotel, transport arrangements were well organized and in the process we did not have to wait for long time. Again for Ziarat, both in Makkah and Madinah the guide was excellent, explained everything to the young ones and answer their questions. Our trip experience was very good, my grandchildren were happy with all the arrangements. Traffic was the only concern but not their fault. Overall we will 10 out 10. Well done Haramain Tours and keep up a good work. .

Excellent service from start to finish for our Umrah Journey with family. We didn't have to worry about anything. Both hotels in Makkah and Madina were outstanding and close to the Haram. JZK for all your help we would definitely book again.

I booked an Umrah trip for me and my Mother with Haramain Tours. We went in January 2025. Mufti Ilyas was very efficient and helpful from the start and gave me a quote within minutes. He has a lot of experience in taking people to Hajj and Umrah. Once we got to Madinah airport it was nice for Mufti Ilyas to come and meet us and make sure we are ok. The driver service was amazing - as soon as we got to the airport the driver was there in a few mins and the same for when we needed to go to the train station and then back to the airport for return. The drivers were willing to help as much as with luggage etc and this helped a lot to make the journey easier. My Mother fell ill in Makkah and Mufti Ilyas was kind enough to offer a visit and provide us with information if we needed to stay a little longer if my Mother was unfit for travel. I would definitely use Haramain Tours again in shaa Allah and have already recommended it to friends.Moreexpand_more

Ilyas bhai is special masha’allah. His understanding and support is second to none. He will go out your way to assist himself or atleast put you in the right direction. Our recent umrah jan 2025 has been special to every detail of the trip meticulously looked through so that our group could have a great experience and get connected at both harams. Alhamdullilah I was lucky enough to have joined the Hijrah cyclists in Jan 2025 for which Ilyas Bhai from Haramain Tours had arranged all the logistics around Mecca and Madinah. We arrived late into Makkah due to delays in flight but ilyas bhai still managed to get us in and close to the kabbah 30 minutes before jummah salat. Thank you Ilyas bhai, just shows you know all the in’s and out’s in the area ? He takes soo much ownership in his work and really ensures things run smoothly. The transport was on time at all locations, and the transport itself was of a very good standard. The drivers were very friendly and very helpful.

As a group we were all extremely satisfied with the services provided by Haramain Tours - Ilyas Bhai was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble for him. During my recent trip, I stayed at two 5-star hotels—one in Mecca and the other in Medina—and both delivered exceptional experiences. Mecca Hotel:Voco. The hotel in Mecca was about a 20-minute walk from the Haram, which, while manageable, required some planning around prayer times. Despite the distance, the overall experience was outstanding. The staff provided flawless and efficient service, ensuring that every request was handled promptly. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Medina Hotel:Jayden. The hotel in Medina was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Prophet’s Mosque, making it incredibly easy to attend prayers. The service here was equally impeccable, with everything handled in a timely and professional manner. The proximity to the Haram added an extra level of convenience that I greatly appreciated. Both hotels offered a luxurious and relaxing environment, making my pilgrimage experience smooth and enjoyable. The attention to detail and customer care truly reflected the 5-star standard.
