Harmony Reflexology is committed to helping you to better health using non-invasive complementary therapies which enable you to take control of your own health.

I have been a complementary therapist for over twenty years and continue to update my knowledge and skills by attending post graduate courses. I have full insurance and am registered with the lead professional organisations which cover my therapies.

Harmony Reflexology has therapy rooms in Pontnewydd and Blackwood. Here clients can relax and unwind away from the stress and bustle of everyday life. Each client is treated holistically and after a consultation the therapy is tailored to their needs whether it be physical, mental or emotional. The therapies work to help heal the whole person not just the prevailing symptoms.

Treatments usually last for forty five minutes to one hour but can be tailored to individual needs in corporate situations.

Complementary therapies should not be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult a GP or other health professional for medical attention and advice.
