Hartley Wintney Country Market is part of a long established nationwide non profit making cooperative eterprise? Country Markets are found in hundreds of villages and small towns throughout England and Wales. We have traded for over 30 years in the village.

All cooks hold up to date level 2 hygiene certificates and are obliged to produce food to the highest standard of safety, hygiene and EU regulations.

Not only can you buy fresh home-cooked cakes, biscuits and savouries we also have skilled members producing jewellery, knitted goods,greeting cards and many, many other gift items. Many items can be made to order each week.

Our plants are all grown to strict soil association standards and are very popular throughout the year. Fruit in season, local honey, free range eggs, fresh vegetables are all grown by our members and brought to our market fresh on Friday mornings. We meet in the WI Building, Green Lane, Hartley Wintney, RG27 8DL between 08:30am and 11. 00am where you can buy a wide range of fresh home produced goods.

Transactions at the Friday market currently are by cash or cheque. We have recently produced a 'Click and Collect' web site shop. Goods can be ordered and paid for online via PayPal, Credit or Debit Card. Order by Tuesday at 6:30pm and your goods are ready to collect, freshly made for you, on Friday morning at the market. Alternatively, you can collect your goods at a choice of three further venues in local villages in the evening. Choose your venue when you check out your purchases.

Currently cakes, biscuits, jams, marmalades, chutney and preserves are available to buy online. Shortly you also be able to purchase seasonal Christmas fare which you can collect in time for Christmas.

Local food for local people. From our home to your home we provide freshly prepared, freshly selected home made baked goods, honey, free range egss, seasonal fruit and vegetables and garden produce.
